Why is it so hard to get a small loan??? I own my home, two newer trucks,and a secure job!!!!? -

I m only looking to borrow $1500.00 dollars to get out of a little jam!!! The bank will only lend $5000, and I don t need nor want that much!!! If anybody can offer some advice that would be great!!!!

Borrow the 5k, use what you need then pay the 3500 back as your first payment and make monthly payments for the rest. Why make your life more difficult

You can try a payday loan. They are usually available at check cashing stores. It might have a higher interest rate, but if you can pay it off quickly and don t want to use the bank, then go for it.What about a cash advance from your credit card? Same issue with high interest, but just another option.I am imagining that asking family or friends is out of the question.
