Whats a Cheap hand held inventory keeper? -

My mom owns a small business and needs something to keep track of her inventory.You know those things the workers carry around stores?They look though an item then enter how much there is on a little hand held thingy.. It has a screen on top and buttons on the bottom.|.......||____|O OO OO= buttonsTop=ScreenExcept there are a lot more buttons than 4.So does anyone know of any cheap ones under $1000 dollars that are good?Thanks :)
