Starting a new roofing company? -

im starting a new roofing company. i came into alot of money and want to invest in something and have made my mind u on starting a roofing company. i have very little roofing experience this is just omething i found interest in and want to learn. is this a bad idea

Put that money into a CD and get a job at a roofing company.The work is not for everyone and if you are going to invest, you need a detailed look at whats going on.Beyond that, do you have a partner to run the business, ie setup the books, hire/fire people manage office staff, bid job etc..... It takes a team.
