If the business invests money to train an employee and thus develop the employee s skill level, it is because the business expects the higher skilled employee will be better for the business. The return to the business must be greater than the investment. Just a matter of business.Primarily, business develop the skills of employees through training programs. Those may be in house training. However, the employer may send the employee to a seminar to get the training. These may be called continuing education seminars. How do companies contribute in developing the skills of prospect employees? (students)? -
Ive been trying to research about this now for 5 hours, but im not good with researching online at all. Ive tried selecting Scholar in google before putting the keywords in the searchbox. If you have any other suggestions on how i can research on this topic, i ll be so grateful X
