Liquor Store sales discrepency.........? -

I have bought a Liquor store, recently in San jose, Califronia. There is discrepency in sales. We wer told that that the monthly sales will be 90 to 100K but actual sales is 70 to 75K. I feel like rip off. Is there any way i can pursue legal help get justice.Please help...

The quote was verbal and the sales may differ depending on how you run the business, so you have no recourse. If you could get a judge to hear a breach of promise case, the best you could do would be to return the business to its previous owner.
