Where can I find a quot;cannedquot; Real Estate Newsletter to send out to my client base? -

I am a realtor and I would like to send my clients a newsletter, but I would rather not go through the trouble of writing the copy myself. Can anyone suggest to me a pre fabricated newsletter that focuses on current Real Estate Issues that I can send to my clients, branded under my name/company.
