you have to add service tax to your bills as you are doing fabrication( job work) .

Services tax for Amounts to Manufacturer? -
I m doing labour charges work to fabricated pipes from plates supplied by our client. Client used these pipe in their project and not paying excise duty.My client supplied me material only delivery chalen and not in 57F4 challen. will i charge the service tax 10.36% or as it is amounts to manufacturer hence i may not charge service tax though i crocess the 10lac limit.
