How old do i have to be to start a company? -

Any age. For thos who think you need to file all kinds of legal papers and contract, BS.Every kid with a paper route or lawn mowing service is a business. It s a sole proprietorship and is every bit a business as a corporation. Now, for contracts to be legally binding upon the business owner, he/she must be 18. Otherwise, he/she can change his/her mind (before turning 18) and the other party cannot sue to enforce it. However, once the minor reaches 18, any contracts in place automatically become enforceable.

You can be any age to start a company, it s just how knowledgeable the person is in economics. Supply and demand, cost and spending, it s not easy.

Probably at least 18 cause getting the title, and stuff is a legal thing. You will also need money to set it up at the court house.

well really any age now-a-days you just got to make sure you have all the right things like a place to have the comp. and all those financial things..find a good rep. =]]
