I need advice about starting my own small business. please help!!? -

I am currently working part time 8-5 3 days a week in an office... I got the idea in my head one day, that starting my own office cleaning business could be profitable. I figure that I could work after business hours taking out trash, mopping, vacuuming, ect. in office buildings around the city with my two friends help. I have done a little research and it still sounds like a good idea to me b/c of low start up cost. However, I don t really know how to get started...and I heard that if you are going to call yourself a business, you have to register somewhere and pay taxes...the paper work part is where I get confused, any help?

I know i didn t know much about opening a business. But then i hired a business coach and not only did he answer all my questions, we connected and became friends!
