Do I need a permit of some sort to sell T-Shirts online? -

I really want to start a business and I ve finally found something that I can do(and make a profit on). I m 13 and I m doing it to earn money for a foreign exchange trip to Japan. I know my parents don t have the money, so it ll take a while to earn it. The only problem is, is it LEGAL to do this? If I need some sort of permit, how do I get it? Due to the fact that I m a minor, I feel it would be difficult to get it, if I can get it at all. That s why I m asking. Thanks in advance!

to sell on line? I don t think you have to have any kind of permits, you might go to www.etsy.com and see if you can get into thathowever, you may have to report your sales to the state you are in and pay sales taxhowever, since you are a minor i am not sure you can even get a resale number to do so
