Ebay Question: How can I relist an Item that hasnt been paid for without a fee.? -

Well you see a immature kid bought my item for fun (he made a fake account and bought it) and decided not to buy it anymore so my question is how do I relist it without having to pay a fee since it wasn t my fault. I already gave him a strike. Do I have to contact ebay?(give me the web address)

File the auction as unpaid dispute. You have to wait 7 days before it will allow you to. Then, Ebay will reverse the fees associated with the auction.
