How do you list fast food employment on a resume? -

How do you list a fast food job on a resume? I m writing a resume for a entry level position in tax preparation and would like to list job duties semi-relevant to that. Something about handled cast transactions (register)? And what could I put down for team building or working with others?

Put down that you were handling the cashier position in the service industry sector. Also note that you performed customer relations service as required by your job requirements.

Look at the job listing that you re applying for, find the three most important requirements in the job role, and find things you did in your last job that specifically address them. Then you ll have your three bullet points on your resume tailored for the job you re applying to.Fast food is a little difficult, because you don t want to make it sound like a stretch. Look for ways you distinguished yourself: were you known for extraordinary customer service? Did you handle money? Were you able to make any innovative changes in operations or management?Try to find ways to quantify your impact on the organization. ex: found process changes that reduced order-taking time by 20%.

You can try searching prosampleresumes on the search engine to view various resume formats and tips on how to write a good and professional looking resume.this site will also give you tips and insights on writing a professional looking resume.Always remember that a well-written resume will help you get the job. good luck
