I believe it is required by law to have a 30 minute break every 5 hours and that does not have to be a paid break. So your boss can deduct that from your hours. If I were you then, I would take the break and devise ways of earning money by starting your own business. Then you can deduct the 30 minutes from someone elses check, or be nice and give it to um.

Not normally. Your lunch break may not be included in your salaried/hourly wages. You will have to know this from discussing with him. Even if you do not take a break or wish to take a break some companies automatically deduct your lunch breaks from your pay. I think your two 10-15 minutes breaks if they are allotted to you are included in your hourly wages.
