From my personal experience, I have found the system manufactured by Schmooze to be rather solid. Their web site is http://www.schmoozecom.com and they sold me a system a year ago with voice recognition. It was all for under $5K for my office and their support is pretty good. They seem like an up and coming company, so time will tell. Give them a call though.

I m guessing you mean voice recognition as in an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) automated answer system.There are quite a few to choose from I m sure. One significant deciding factor will likely be the budget available. Another decision is whether to use a hosted service vs. having it in-house. For an in-house system I ve seen that it can cost into the thousands per port and that a hosted system is a lower cost, at least for start-up. This is based on a commercial system where software license cost comes into play along with up-front hardware, etc. As for the long term cost comparison, in-house may win out in the end but this depends on lots of variables.If low cost is a concern, one option that may be worth considering is Asterisk which is an open source (free software) PBX/VOIP system that can support IVR features. If you want to keep full control of your phone system, have a limited budget, and have an old PC around that can be dedicated to the phone system this may be an avenue to look into.With most phone systems you usually want to have someone capable of supporting the system. This may be more important with something like Asterisk than maybe some other systems.

The only issue that we ve had, which I can understand might be a problem with the products you re selling is that they have a transaction limit of ��650 for buyers who don t have a Paypal account.We looked at setting up a bureau account with Netbanx to get round this. They re UK based, you can speak to real people easily if you have questions and their fees are very reasonable. I think it takes up to 2 weeks to get your money through from them but that s quicker than most of the other providers.The other benefit of having a burea account with Netbanx is that you don t need a merchant account as well. Banks usually won t give you a merchant account until you ve been with them for 6 months. After 6 months with Netbanx you can apply to have a merchant account. It doesn t seem worth it, however, as the bank will charge you a fee for having the merchant account and you ll still have to pay your fees for payment transactions.As has been mentioned elsewhere, you ll need a shopping cart. We use Roman Cart. Small claims case regarding band? -

I have a band and we play in bars and clubs. We are quite reasonable but the owner failed to pay us. I served her papers for small claims court and she issued a counter claim saying that I assaulted her and she is asking for damages of 950.00. I did no such thing and was in fact polite to the woman as I wanted to get paid so I could pay my band. What can I do. The claim I filed comes to court on the 23d of month. Can anyone help. Can I file a further suit against her? Her claims are hurting my business. I heard from other bands she has done this before.

They sure can be, however, in my HOA I feel it is very fair. it is $34.00 each month and it assures that the lazy boneheads will cut the palm trees so you can walk on the sidewalks with out getting slapped in the face by a palm tree that is not trimmed and that all the lawns are groomed. I also appreciate the fact that they sweep the streets once a month and that the local law enforcement is not the main law they work in partnership with the owners of the people in the HOA that means our community, so if we are having a problem with with theft, they with the help of the people in our area work together as a team to watch for the thief and the police are not slow to come when we call. They are awesome to us as is the local cable company. I love our small town and the deals our HOA has worked out. There are other HOA s in the area that are not so community friendly and active like we are.
