How do I give watchers more confidence in buying? -

So I m selling this effanbee doll on eBay with six watchers and it s ending at about 3 o clock today. What s the best thing to say to make potential bidders less hesitant to buy?

There isn t anything you can do.I ve seen sellers go in and brag about how many watchers they have. That s a turn off.I ve seen sellers go in and raise the price--also a turn off.I ve seen sellers go in and lower the price in the hopes that they can trigger a bidding war and then only get one bid (but you ll never know if that person would have bid or not).Some watchers have similar items and want to know if yours sells before spending listing fees to list theirs.

My aunt is a shopaholic... we have 4 huge storage units and about another 4 bedrooms filled with clothes and houseware stuff - ALL BRAND NEW with tags and they are all brand names..... Retail store will cost you rent, preparation, attracting traffic, signs, etc............... which will probably exceed more than $15.000-$20,000 for only couple of months..so best way .. start making a plan for a yard sale (and make it every 2 weeks).. you need a very careful and clear plan first, about all the steps.. 1- you need to pick the place (better to make it in a alot of traffic area) ask your church or a near relative who have place like that.. this is better than making in her yard if there is no high traffic) 2- Decide the date.. (Dates) for how long etc.... 3- Make fliers (Print them even copy print on staples or office depot) it will cost at most $50.00 for 1000 flyers.. and then you have to start pass them 2-3 days before the yard sale .. and on the days of sale as well.. 4- make a classified ads on your local newspaper , runs for a week / 3 days.. the costs no more than ($20.00-$50.00).. 5- don t forget to put your flyers on the boards of restaurants, churches, etc..... you will find that your total costs with all of that would not exceed $200.00 with all those ads and preparation.. less than 1% of the costs of store and etc.. Plus you could start it this weekend or the next .. not like the store which will need 3-8 weeks to make it ready .. hope this help,Good luck and have a great day ..

I plan on starting an online business, since i am young and don t understand much about laws. I want to ask that do i need to register my would-be business and pay taxes if it is going to be totally online. Like i am gonna provide some kind of service.If the taxes are needed to be paid then to whom, because virtually one day i can be managing it in the U.S. and other day in Australia.So do i need to register, pay taxes, if yes then to which country. Because theoretically it s online business and can be operated from anywhere, right. It won t have any solid location in any particular country.The only fair way i think it should work is like this:Lets say i get 60% of my clients/visitors/etc from Country A and 30% from Country B and rest of the 10% from anonymous place. Then my online biz should be taxed by whatever percent is assigned by Country A s law of my 60% taxes. And 30% of taxes go to country B while the last 10% to all world governments since those users were anonymous. Pretty idea don t you think.

well it can be both ways...if you are sure that you can complete the work and u ll get paid then you can pay him hourly....however if you are not sure about the payment then you can hire him on commission basis, and i am sure he wont say no, coz there are so many people looking for jobs....so you can be rest assured that you will manage to hire someone on commission basis...my own preference wpuld be to hire on commission basis..coz future is not predictable...enjoy!!
