If you are only conducting business in one state, then a State trademark is most appropriate. I open a dispute on paypal that i didn t recieved my item! it was an ipod 5g green! it nver came! so far he didn t respond back! its been 1 week past! i just wanted to know if i get a refund on the item if he dont respond back on the dispute?

Not necessarily, but as long as they don t provide shipping info or something, you should be OK. Have you escalated it at this point? Getting a refund is a 2 step process, so make sure you escalate the claim. Otherwise just keep tabs on it in case Paypal requires further info.
