Opening a Club - What are the Dos? What are the Donts? -

I will be going in this as a partnership with someone that is a friend, but not to close of friend where it would alter our friendship. It will be your typical night club, with dancing, drinks, musicWhat are some of the things you like to see when you walk into a club? Some of the things you don t like to see?*To those that have or do own thier own night club - what are some of things i need to stay away from and what are some of the things i cant get enough of?

OK, clubs are dope, but price is a big factor, and venue is also a big factor. drinks can t be too over priced, try to get cigarette companies to pass out free packs, there s always a tall black guy with a duffle bag passing out cigarettes. music is also a factor, try to get top forty and house music,RSVP is lame, just make sure its cheaper before ten.

Looking for great Ideas for a home based business in a small budget? Thanks? -

If you don t have much business experience, a good way to get started with your own business is by marketing products for a company as independent distributor/representative. The company already has a product, marketing materials, a website and should provide free training. Later if you want to start something completely on your own, you will have learned a lot to help you know how to do it.There are a lot of different products and companies out there - it can be a little overwhelming to choose, so here are some things you might want to consider:1. Choose a company that has products that you personally like and will use - it makes it easier to talk to other people about them, plus you will usually also get a good discount which helps your budget if you would be buying products like this anyway!2. Pick products that are consumable and most people buy several times a year to help build a large customer base with repeat sales.3. Research the company carefully. It s better to get involved with something that is growing and doesn t have too many reps, but is on solid financial footing. 4. Look at the compensation plan. Is it easy to understand? What is your profit margin? Sometimes companies that offer free or low start-up costs pay a low commission/profit percentage.5. Are there monthly or quarterly sales/purchase quotas? Will you be comfortable with that amount? For some people it is a motivation while for others it becomes a burden,6. What are the marketing methods allowed? Are you required to market through home parties or do you have the freedom to market the way that works for you? Make sure that the approved company marketing methods will fit what you want to do.7. Watch the market trends. Right now there is increasing interest is in green, natural products made in the USA from renewable resources.8. Is there good training and support provided by the company and your sponsor? This will really help you get off to a good start.9. Expect that it will take time and persistent effort to build a business. No matter how small, you need to treat your business like a Real business by setting up regular work hours and completing daily, weekly and monthly tasks and goals.I signed up as a distributor for a natural vegetable wax candle and cosmetic company with NO business experience and it has been fun and profitable business for me. I ve included a link to a free, no obligation home business eCourse.

A legitimate direct sales/network marketing is a great way to go, especially if you ve never owned a business before. A good company will have a great training program and support system. If you d like a list of good, stable, legit companies to look into just email me.

I need to know about work at home jobs. I have been scammed with these offers..paying for the start up fee? -

I went on line for goggle work at home positions and, the offer was good but, I had to pay for the initial enrollment fee. I would like to share a W.A.H with my retired parents as well. If anyone know about a W.A.H position with know fees and, frills about get rich quick programs..plz help. We have computer access along with a fax

You need to send your resume out to real jobs you are qualified to do. In your cover letter you need to state that you wish to work remotely, from your home office. LOTS of companies, especially in CA operate this way. They usually provide transportation for you to come in for an interview and for you to attend company meetings a few times a year, but otherwise everything is done online.

Avoid any work at home online programs that want $$ upfront. They re all scams.

absolutely there is, but you need to understand that there are two ways to make money one is a job in which you are hired by someone else in the traditional way, or you start your own business which takes some investment. the best w a h based business is the one which I have put in the sources below. it is real and is the best going today

there is a freelance site it s free, you can find data entry jobs that don t cost a penny, but it s really hard to get your first job.however good luck!I hope my answer helped!

Is it legal to run a small business from an apartment? -

Enter more detail here (Optional)

It all depends on what kind of business you re considering, Rocketdrone. Laws that regulate home-based businesses generally seek to curtail businesses that would be disturbing to neighbors or harmful to the community in some way. So if you re going to make cabinets and operate a chain saw all day or run a dog grooming and boarding business, you very well might be violating some laws. That said, most of the home-based business models -- consulting, professional services, online sales -- where the businesses doesn t create a lot of noise, foot-traffic, or pollution, don t run the risk of violating the law. Some businesses are more regulated than others and require licensing in order to set up shop. These will vary by state, but an example of one that will likely require licensing is providing childcare, a business that someone else has recently asked about in this forum. This website http://www.business.gov/register/license offers state-by-state links to the different licensing requirements by occupation or profession. In addition to the law, you should also look into whether your building, condo or coop association has any regulations your business might violate. You didn t ask about tax issues, Rocketdrone, but that s the other area you ll want to pay some attention to. If you re selling goods, you ll want to make sure you are complying with relevant state and local tax laws. These will also vary by state and here is a site http://www.govengine.com/ that will take you to the relevant regulatory departments for your state.

Good question.I was thinking the same thing several months ago.I hated all the jobs I had been doing till then and didn t want to do it anymore.By a total coincidence I stumbled upon www.maverickmoneymakersinput.com This is a private online money making society, run by a online multi-millionaire Mack Michaels.I started working from using the techniques they provide and now I m making quite a lot of money online:)Check this site out if you want to start a small business from your apartment, online.

Rocketdrone, you re smart to consider building a small company from the already-covered overhead of your apartment. Keeping that fixed cost out of your liabilities will help your business reach liftoff (that s my pun on Rocketdrone. Sorry). One thing I d add to Marci s sound advice: If you ll be receiving lots of mail and packages, you ll want a P.O. box; no need to annoy your neighbors with those. By the way, P.O. boxes are a good idea, too, for those moments when the occasional irrational complaining buyer wants to come see the business owner. I m not much of a fan of giving out my home address in those cases.

noone thing you will need this day and age is a website.i got mine from these people.they can provide professionally custom built web sites for 150cheap affordable web designhttp://www.a10web.co.ukvery friendly Professional web design.

It depends on the state you live in since State Laws are different in every state and it also depends on the type of business it is because Federal Laws come in effect there.

Depends in which country you are from! Please dont assume that the whole Yahoo anwers is from your country
