A reputable profesional business plan writer would not undermine your idea. That being said, in my experience, I have found it helpful to have whoever you hire to work on the business plan sign a non-disclosure agreement. A really helpful book for budding entrepreneurs is The Art of the Start by Guy Kawasaki. This book will help you formulate your idea and your pitch. If you want to try writing your own business plan there are some good books out there. There is also software called Business Plan Pro. As far as your invention, you can at least do a preliminary patent search first yourself to at least get an idea if it is original. I would then have a professional do a full blown search. If you have an invention that you think is patentable, it is probably a good idea to file it as soon as possible. You should find a good patent attorney or agent that is familiar with the field of technology of your invention. Good luck with it!

For a professional to help you with a business (not buisness) plan, they will need a clear understanding (not undermining) of what you want. You can t present an idea to him that is misspelled, poorly punctuated, or written with little thought, and expect him to respect your plan ideas.

How to refund the money ?? through paypal.. in the details of transaction page, at the lower right you will find issue refund.. you can do it.. But don t send the item.. In the mean time, go to the item, and click on resolve a problem.. and then ask for cancel the transaction... But the winner have to agree.. the only bad thing will happen .. (The buyer can give you negative feedback).. So my advice to contact the buyer first, and tell him that you will refund his money, and ask him if he would like to cancel the transaction with refunding his money back ..... And Advice, Never try to sell any worthy item on ebay ... You will never get what you get for .. it is more like liquidation market now.. and the amateaurs and scammers make it all worse.. You need to speak to the consultant about a refund. If the company cares at all about customer service, they must have a policy. If they don t, contact the Better Business Bureau so future customers won t be blindsided by their refusal to take merchandise back from unhappy customers.

No they do not own you. What you do after work hours is up to you. The only problem would be if you were relaying private information about your company. If they sacked you for this you would have grounds to take them to a tribunal.

If I sold something that does not have to do with my business and did not sell it under my business name does that mean that a person can still report me under my business name to the BBB? What I sold was not through my business it was through my personal email address and didnt have any thing to do with my business what so ever if so what do i do to clear all this up?

Just send your explanation to the BBB with the full explanation. Let them know it was a PERSONAL transaction, not the business, and the other guy is trying to drag your business name through mud.
