Hi, I m 17 year s old and I was wondering how can I create my own layout and make my own detail s on my website by drawing it to putting it online? Also do I need a business license to create my little small business?What I m trying to sell is my handmade cosmetic s like small batches of lip balm and body splashes,chap-stick, and also soap. Not anything strong like perfume and lipstick s or cologne. I m trying to start out small. Any help please? Last but not least,how much can I make when staring my business?
