It has happened several times and i am wondering if when they don t know the answer do they just send you that message.

Personally, I think it s probably because Cha Cha is a complete waste of time and effort - don t expect a check or rewards any time soon or at all. It just a website targeted to young people. They ain t going to pay you or give you free stuff - it s all BS. I don t know how old you are - feel free to waste all the time and effort you want on this fabulous Cha-Cha site. I have the experience, the place, the materials, etc. I m just lost as to how to go about getting started. What, in essence, is the process of applying, inspection, etc. to get started? Again, I can get the funds, etc. and don t plan to use any employees at first, so insurance, etc. isn t an issue either. Business License (inquire at your city administration office).3. Sales Tax Permit (if you are required to collect sales tax on what you sell). Also inquire at your city administration office.4. Where to you report businesses who stick unpostaged flyers INside mailboxes? -

its a federal crime....how do you report it?

you can call the post office and ask for the supervisor and report it there, and take it upward from there, ask the supervisor s manager or director in their area, advise which zip code that s occurring in, and could get an address and send them the flyer you received. I suspect it s a business that to save money has hired some kids to deliver to your home and the kid thought the easiest way (rather than dogs jumping at windows if they got too close to the front door) would be safer and a time saver. With that in mind and this being a poor economy, why not just call the phone number on the flyer and ask to talk with their marketing department and tell them about the flyers in the mailbox and then just be done with it. It probably would not occur further as some people don t know all the laws (regarding sales).I always think of it as the horseshoe effect in that whatever you put out comes back to you in the future. If you turn someone in for something they probably never knew existed then some time in your life that turning in someone will come back to you in your life and you will be turned in for some slight infraction. It pays to think ahead.
