I just signed up with commission junction. If you have a web page you can become an affiliate and it cost you nothing to get started. I spent about two weeks looking for this kind of program.

I agree. If you re concerned about the security of the site and whether it s legit, I would not order anything for risk of your credit card info being accessed.Can you find the product elsewhere at a site that you feel better about ordering through?

What would you do if the bank said your funds would be available on Mon and on Tues? -

they charged you for non sufficient funds against a check you wrote? Not only that but I am listed on both bank accounts, the one from which the check was written and the one to which the check was deposited. UNBELIEVABLE. Should an owner of a S corp who is starting a new business set it up as a separate entity? -

Although both the old company and the new company perform similar services, I don t want to worry about being sued for something during the previous timeframe and loosing assets from the new business. I provide legal documents to the public as an independent paralegal. The old company is no longer profitable so I am concentrating on another area I expect will be profitable. I don t want to risk the income from the new business being vulnerable to suit from the older business.

Then you DEFINITELY need to do a separate filing. And perhaps, even close up and dissolve the old corp while you re at it.

If you want to make sure the new company s assets are not liable, you should set up a new corporation.

Set up a separate S Corporation...keeping in mind that you will have additional tax filings for each...You also will combine as a controlled group so check with your attorney.

Can you run a business out of your home in Dallas, TX like a hair salon? -

I am thinking of going to cosmetology school. My main reason is I want to learn to do acrylic nails but over here I have not had any luck finding a school that offers just that course without taking the whole course so I decided that it would not be a bad idea to do that but I want to be my own boss and open my own salon. Of course I don t have the money to do so and probably won t when I finish so I have a garage that I used to rent and it s been empty for a while could I turn that into my salon just to start?
