How can I make money from ebay? -

I m only 16 but I want to make a little bit of extra money selling things on ebay. What is the best way to do this? I don t mind investing money to start it off

The same way as any retail establishment does...buy low, and sell high. Your problem lies in figuring out where to buy stuff cheap, and what to buy, and what price to start the bidding on. You are also going to have problems because you re a minor, and can t legally make binding contracts.Just because something is cheap, or is a collector s edition , doesn t mean that you can turn it around and sell it for big bucks. You have to educate yourself about what you want to buy and sell, just like any other merchant. For instance, I know where to find decent used books that are likely to re-sell for a lot more than I paid for them. However, I know how to rate the condition of books, and I know which books are likely to re-sell and which are just going to never sell unless I price them at a dime or a quarter each.

You have to be expert in selling on ebay. You have to know how much you are been charged for add.Look for free add on ebay. How are you going to deliver the goods. You should know something about the postage or delivery system. Some times one looses money than making money.

Anything useful lying around the house that you don t need is a good way to start off. You ll be surprised by what people need and want. As long as your honest with your description, you can get ride of any unwanted items.

If i m not mistaken, you have to be 18 to sell stuff on ebay.

Sell things for more than you pay for them.End of.

You need to be 18 or over to sell on ebay. Sorry :-(

Why do people sell stuff for 1 cent on ebay? -

I ve bought several things from ebay for 1 cent or 6 cents, with free shipping. Most of the time it s just stupid little things like phone jacks, hard drive cables, or things that aren t worth much, but with free shipping, I m literally sending 1 cent or 6 cents to the seller, who then has to mail me the item, which I m sure costs a lot in postage, especially since most of them are from Asia or somewhere else internationally.Occasionally I ll get CDs for 25 cents, or other items where the price doesn t even cover a single postage stamp, with free shipping. It would be cheaper for these sellers to throw their stuff in the trash rather than send it to me. I m wondering why people would do this instead of setting their start price at least high enough to cover shipping.

More than once I have won 1 cent auctions and then my email filled up with ads from the sellers. Its a way to get repeat business. What I love are the items that sell for a penny, with $9.99 shipping....:)

They don t mean to sell stuff for 1 cent. 1 cent is the cheapest listing price for things on ebay. What happens is that people don t bid on the item or 1 person does and noone else.

Bring products to China retailers? -

Hi guys, I wish to bring some product lines of my company to retailers in China. My concern is that I know my brand is not familiar to the Chinese consumers, and honestly I don t even know what problems I might encounter to. Does anyone of you got any friendly advice on this? Or where can I find relevant information on this topic?I think selling in China is definitely sth of high priority for many businesses around the world, at least my business contacts are already doing the same.

If you re in the UK, speak to your local Business Link or Chamber of Commerce. Both of these run trade missions to other countries so that businesses considering doing business in those countries can visit and meet the sort of people that they d like to trade with. The UK Trade and Investment site is also helpful.Good luck!

Website ownership paperwork? -

Does anyone where or how I would go about getting proof of me owning my website? Or some examples so I could just make one?

The company that you have your domain registered through will be able to provide proof of ownership.

What websites do I consider when looking to find a dropshipping service? -

I want to be able to dropship multiple products and have an online store, but I don t have the slightest clue where to begin.

I would be very careful when considering dropshipping. Dropshipping deals in low margins and offers a small website owner many customer service challenges. I would pick a niche for your site and then find manufacturers who will dropship for you. There are no really good out-of-the-box dropshippers; look for manufacturers instead.
