What do i need to sell my product? -

I want to sell self-made software that ive created. I already made an LLC. What else do i need to sell my program? Do i need a tax ID? EULA? DBA? Sellers Permit? Etc.

Before you start to worry about accounting and administration issues, spend all your time developing a client base. Write out your marketing plan and execute it. When you have enough business to hire a CPA, all of your accounting problems will go away!Good Luck!

I would like to open a shop. Can you give me an idea of what I need to do? -

I have a bit of money and I d like to open an old fashioned sweet shop.I have NO idea how to get started, although my family do, but I don t want to be the only one not knowing what needs to be done?How would I go about getting a place to put my shop?What kind of people would I need to work for me? You need to first have a vision. You said you wanted it to be old fashioned. So figure out what you want in the shop and what types of sweets you want there. If you are making them you obviously need to hire someone to make them and if you are buying them you just need to find a supplier. You need someone to be at the store doing sales (cashiering), it is helping to have an accountant (you should not have one on staff though, I just meet with my accountant once a week and go over the numbers they have been taught are important, he tells me what things we should be doing financially to be more successful), then you want someone to do your advertising. You need to let people know why your shop is different and awesome (why they should go there) and if you are not making sales you will fail, so the sales tasks are the most important in my mind). As far as getting a place, I would talk to a commercial real estate agent to help you find a place. In the area I live, there is a company called Commerce CRG that specializes in leasing and purchasing commercial properties.I also have 2 people helping me build a website and make marketing materials (FYI)Good luck with whatever you end up doing.

Is it legal to sell information about? -

Is it legal to sell information that I have accumulated either from my own research or by paying a subscription price? Can I legally sell information about real wholesalers/drop shippers? I want to sell the info for cheaper that you can get at other places, and I just dont want to get in trouble.

I think the key is, are you changing the data at all or just copying it and re-selling it? If you are changing the data, adding your own analysis, and so forth you are just using the accumulated data for a basis. I think that is OK.If you are simply copying it using pretty much the same format, you are probably violating their copyright and would be subject to them issuing a restraining order or suing you.

Not sure about this but you probably need the permission of whoever or whatever you are getting the information from. If that s the case, then you probably need to pay them too, if they want it. If you re not careful about these kinds of things, you can get sued.

It depends on the specifics. If you are selling research that you learned from OTHER people s actual research, that is called plagiarism. Also, you cannot sell insider or trade information that it proprietary in nature.

there are many jobs that pay lousy but require above average education. Social worker comes to mind. Professional community center leaders. Childcare providers. (good ones have advanced degrees. I m talking moslty about Nannies.) Teachers (in some areas, not all of them.) Teachers at Comminity colleges, and many others. Imagine what the world would be lke if people were actually paid based importance of job. (I m kidding on this last part.)

You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies. You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job. These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as work at home because they would hear from too many unqualified people

You don t need to have a team name until you become Director so you ve definitely got some time for that.
