If they re not working there is no reason they should get a salary. They should get distributions at the end of the year which are based on profit nothing else. If the company doesn t turn a profit, they don t get a distribution. When you pay out distributions they should be exactly proportional to the stock percentage owned. This means that if you pay distributions you must give yourself 60% of them, and then 40% to the other owners.You may want to consult an attorney right now, because these things can escalate into lawsuits very quickly. There s a number of ways to handle a situation like this. If you have the only voting board seat, you can fire them, and kick them off the board. You own 60%. There s nothing they can do unless they happen to have 2 voting seats on the board, where they could remove you and take over the company.If there s 2 seats total, you re in a deadlock, even though you own more stock.

CRB checks are only required if you work with children or vunerable adults. Putting letters through doors is not exactly a sitation whereby you could be a danger to the occupants.

Years ago in a saner world we didn t have CRB checks! Of course there are one in a million horrible incidents but mainly it is jobsworth creation by Brown to get more public sector workers who will vote for him!

Those stores do not go threw small third hand wholesalers they buy DIRECT from the manufacture of those products. So do not trust those little wholesalers that are in china they are a rip off! See you just can not compete with those types of stores, plus without a tax id, enough money you would not be able to meet the purchase amount the company may have. Like Apple their minimum order per year you must have over $20,000 spent in your account threw them. Sooo you may be out of luck unless you want to fix computers you can make a TON of money that way........ Pretty much everything in my home is manufactured in a country other than Canada. I ve got T-shirts, shoes and socks that are made in Canada, and my sofa as well, besides that all the electronics are either Chinese, Japanese or Korean, all the utensils are Chinese, all the toys that my kids play with are Chinese..It s becoming harder and harder to find things that are actually made in Canada. Manufacturing in Canada is definitely suffereing.
