Legal Advice for purcase of flat what i have now in posassion? -

i am stying in a flat since one year, @ Rs. 3500/- (including mentenance) but the owner of the said flat did not provide me the rent agreement and the owner sell the said flat some one on 12.11.09 without any intimation me. The new owner asked me to vacate the said flat on 12.12.2009. I am telling him for postpone to March, 09 whenever my daughter s exam completed. But the new owner charged me @4500/-. I want to purchase the same, please send me the legal advice for stay order and purchase the same.

I think u are a bit confused.Do you want to purchase the flat or possess it till march next year?If your owner has already sold his flat then you have to accept the new owner but you can pursuade him to give you some time to vacate it.But be sure you cannot say that you want 4 months to vacate the flat.you have to abide by the terms set by the new owner.

Ebay monthly fees??? plz? -

The monthly fee depends how how much you list and sell. If for example for a month you don t sell of list anything, you don t have to pay a cent.

There is a commission only when you sell. They have no monthly fees unless you sign up with one of the additional services like Pro Ebay Stores.

How much money can I get for Guess Who , the original. The Game of Life, 1985. Risk World Conquest 1975. And the original Connect Four? I know I probably won t get much, but will they give me at least 20 dollars for the set? How much can I expect to get from those games, or will a pawn shop not even buy them? There is no answer. It depends upon the pawn shop.IT depends on whether or not the individual pawn shop owner thinks that they will be able to resell them and what they could resell them for if they did. If they think they will only sell for one dollar, they only give you about 20 cents each on average. They have to sell it for higher than they paid you and then make profit on top of that.I DISAGREE that pawn shops rip off people. They are a business in business to make money. They are designed for people who are quite deparate to get rid of their stuff and if you aren t desparate, don t sell your stuff there.

Ok, here is an honest answer. I don t think your business idea will generate a large number of sales right away. It will take time to develop a customer base and will probably require a lot of direct marketing to the businesses. Many businesses now don t pay for coffee or collect sunshine club money to purchase coffee and supplies, so the duration between reorders will be important. Because it will take time you are going to need working capital, money to keep the business running before it starts to make a profit. Which means do not spend all your money in start-up fees, because you will need lots of cash on hand. Lastly, in order to prepare food legally you will need to get board of health approval. Your home kitchen will probably not pass board of health regulations, not because it isn t clean, but because you don t have the necessary equipment. For example do you have a commercial grade three compartment sink? That is necessary to clean and sanitize your equipment prior to use. If you are going to make a large capital investment to upgrade your kitchen be aware that the financial risk is greater, because your start-up costs will be greater. I don t think your idea is bad, but you need to do some clear thinking about your finances, the size of your market and what would be an acceptable amount of risk.

You will also need to learn how to copyright the music, lyrics, and songs. Then you need to find a studio to record in and figure the best way to produce the CDs in mass quantities. Develop a website to advertise the CDs and figure out a method of payment (credit card or Paypal?). Do not be afraid to to market local stores to see if they want to sell the CDs (figure a wholesale price so the store can make money).Then you need to get the website noticed.
