I want to sell my body parts and want to know where to go to sell them.? -
Selling of body parts is illegal.. WORLD WIDE....SO.. there are no such places...
haha that s a rare question. why would you want to sell you body parts? are you fed up with your life? i think i depends on what body organ you are going to sell. for example Heart - heart Center, Blood - Blood Bank, Lungs - Lung center. etc,.

How do I calculate how much overdraft I need for a start-up business? -
Check your structure type : http://www.acemanagementgroup.com/downloads.htmYou can get sba financing with decent credit.http://www.borregospringsbank.com/sba_express.asphttp://www.superiorfg.com/main/Default2.aspxAs long as you turn in all your paperwork it takes about 2-3 to get money directly deposited into your bank account. There is a fee but it is only paid if you get funded. No money no fee!
I believe you mean overhead and that is the all the costs of doing business whether you are making money or not....it s your operating expenses (rent, equipment, payroll, supplies, utilities, etc.). How much overhead costs are depends on the type of business you are conducting. I have a home based business and my overhead is quite low, if I moved my business to an outside office, it would be more because I d have separate bills to pay.Overdraft is usually a protection provided by your bank in case you overdraw your account. Some use your savings account, some open a line of credit for the overage, you d need to find out from your bank how they handle overdraft protection/insurance.

Starting an equine store. I NEED A SHOP NAME?? advice/suggestions/ideas/etc? -
I m not going to make suggestions, but give you a few things to think about when you choose a name. Don t rush the process and pick a bad name! 1. What do you want your business name to say about your business? Don t restrict it so much that you can t expand or diversify in the future. Once I talked to a woman who named her shop Linda s Candles. It was four years later and less than one-fourth of her store had candles in it! She regretted naming it that, but renaming a business is VERY expensive. 2. Pick a name that your customers will remember, but don t use other businesses names. Don t use Ponies R Us or anything. Don t get too cutesy! People need to take you serious. Remember you can get sued if you use another business name3. And finally think about what will happen when you use just the business initials (called acronyms ). Allie s Succulent Sweets is A_ _ -- you get the picture, I m sure4. The right name can give you a good logo, a good advertising slogan, etc. It can be more than just a sign hanging in a front window. Maybe a logo idea can spur a business name brainstorm a bit. Doodle, daydream, get your creative juices going.5. Consult EXPERTS! Contact the Small Business Admin. And get a mentor to help. Consider the answers you get here, but put them to the test before you grab one and call it yours!Good luck with your new business!

Ok how do i get trademark(TM) for a clothing company in Boston MA? please help? -
To protect a business name within your industry, you would apply for a trademark.Trademarks can be names of products or services, logos, slogans, packaging and even sounds and smells. In essence, a trademark can be almost anything that is used to identify a particular product or service. Registering a trademark grants the owner exclusive rights to the mark within the specified industry. It s necessary to have comprehensive research on the mark done prior to filing to ensure that there is no possibility of infringing upon another party. This entails searches of the pending registered Federal and State trademark files as well as the US National Common-Law files. Then, if clear, you can decide if you would like to file for a Federal or a State trademark. To register a trademark, that s done either through your Secretary of State for a State trademark or the US Patent Trademark Office for a Federal trademark. If you are only conducting business in one state, then a State trademark is most appropriate. If you conduct (OR are planning to conduct) business in at least 2 states OR between the US any other country, you can file for a Federal trademark.Hope that helps! I wish you much success happiness in all your ventures!
You re welcome! Please let me know if I can answer any other trademark questions. Best of luck to you! Report Abuse
The US Patent and Trademark Office website has the information and forms you need. http://www.uspto.gov
