That would be between you and Best Buy. If they get charged by their credit card service they may charge you, but again, that is the policy between you and the store you are buying from. In some cases, there could be a dispute where you have to prove a legitimate reason for cancelling or incur a charge (again from the store not your bank) , because the credit card service will charge a backcharge to the store you ordered from.

So i definitely want to open a restaurant.. or coffee shop.? -

I had this idea, of opening a dessert restaurant, where id have desserts of all kinds, from all over the world,coffee,and smoothies. basically a place, where you can get a tasty dessert, after a movie or something. a place where you can go, if you just want sweets, with a nice ambience. live lounge music. (aka piano) i play. Then i got an idea, of opening a Korean coffee shop, with great coffee korean sweets, and great korean music. They are just ideas... so no your crazy answers. my question is, would you come to a place like that? thanks for all the answers.

Where you put a Korean anything, you better have a great number of Korean residents near by. By making any place (food, drink, healthy or not establishment) a named Ethnicity you close off others so for the sake of your success keep it open in that regard. Piano? hey I take everything with a grain of salt and ask how many hours of radio and TV is dedicated to piano? What is generically popular might be after school hours of customers liking hip hop or indy music, the during dinner through to after dinner crowd might like classical music and early morning workers classic rock. Noon time piano so you can keep your fingers loose might be perfect. But the ambiance isn t what s up. What you are offering on some sort of menu is what will bring in the millions. Smoothie got my attention I think when it all comes out in medical journals the the human body needs two cups of fruit and two cups of vegetables a day and some kind of meat a smoothie and sandwich shop would kill. for lunch hours have a 50/50 half a sandwich and half a smoothie, Korean coffee no problem sell it s health benefits to the local community. Your name could be the shops name like Sylvie s Health Stop Or Nancy s Healthy Ways but a must would be peanut butter and oatmeal cookies, blueberry and poppy seed muffins, coffee and tea, sandwiches with sprouts not lettuce, turkey bacon, sliced chicken, turkey, beef, tomatoes, avocado s, onion, cucumber, and only specialty cheeses, like, provolone and muenster and swiss, only natural multi grain breads, no soda, no unsweetened, no fatty fried foods or fried chips, just what every body needs and priced to be competitive with subway s sale prices. (oh! you will need a fairly large parking lot in So Cal and if you can get close to a theater complex all the more better because people will stop on the way in to the theater to take your stuff in with them and you can offer a 10% discount with movie ticket stub in hand for all those coming out. you better do a LOT of research to see if there are ANY successful businesses like that ANYWHERE and if there are what exactly are they doing to be successful - you would need a very high foot traffic area, probably especially in the evening and NEAR a movie theatre if you expect to get after movie people - that would be very expensive to rent - probably an urban downtown location where the neighborhood doesn t shut down at 6pm ( I have seen downtown areas that DO shut down at 6pm)
