It is mandatory but according to my experience people think that ayurvedic medicines are made in India and they dont need any license which is senseless.

Why are all the private own daycares going out of buisness? -

Ive worked at a daycare for 7years and all of a sudden parents stopped enrolling their kids. Many have left to send their kids to a headstart program. The daycare i work for provides pre-school but besides my daycare the other local private daycares are forced to shut down. What is it about headstart that gets the parents running in their direction

With this economy, people have had to cut back expenses.The private preschool programs in my area are superior to the Headstart programs, but they are still good programs.
