If you ve been outbid, there s nothing to cancel. You didn t win the item, and you won t have to pay for it.EDIT: It looks like you tried to bid 99 cents about 10 or 12 times. That s not how you bid on items with a reserve. If you tried at 99 cents and they told you the reserve was higher than that, the only reason to bid again would be if you were going to bid a higher amount. Bidding the same amount multiple times is not the way to win something on eBay.
