Yes, it s unfair. But that s the way it has been and always will be. There s no objective way to discipline a company because they hire people with better looks over skilled workers.One personal example in my life was that I had 10 years of experience at my job and was really good at it - the department did need a new worker and the manager hired a blonde bimbo and she got my shift and I got put back down to a worse shift. She didn t know what the ***** she was doing (sorry about the language). Her and the manager had an affair (they were both married). Freakin ridiculous - but you can t really do anything about it.

Grr.. This has me really upset. I sell some fragrances. I have nearly 400 feedbacks. ALL are positive and not ONE is even neutral. I am a very honest seller obviously. Anyway, I had some Dolce and Gabbana on sale (boxed etc.) and she receives it and cries Fake fake fake! . She is threatening me (for no reason) and saying she wants a FULL refund and is going to open a fraud case against me and EVERYTHING.This really upsets me because there is no need for that. I am an honest seller and have NEVER had ONE complaint on ALL 200 D G perfumes that I sold. It s one thing if she wants a free product..but another to threaten me for a refund. What can I do? eBay doesn t seem to protect/care about sellers. And I am worried if she opens a file that they will freeze my account. I m not sure how that works to be honest.It sounds like she doesn t even want to send the item back. I have no idea what to do.
