Does it look better if i walk in and apply for a job or apply on the internet? -

I have applied for like a million jobs online with minimal response! My friends tell me to walk around and hand resumes in but i have no confidence! What should i do....Help

It looks like everyone is unanimously saying to walk in . I however wouldn t automatically say this. I own a business and I prefer that they do not come in to give me a resume. I prefer to receive the resumes via email and then invite qualified candidates in for an interview. I say this as a warning only though. It really depends on the type of job you are applying for. If it is at a big company then it is unlikely you would even get to see the person who is doing the hiring. If it is a small company then your chances are better and if it is a really small company then you might even be able to make a job for yourself. For example ask yourself what do I like to do? and what am I good at? I hope you are looking for a job that has to do with your answers. That will make you more confident. If you are good at something and think you can help someone else make more money by doing it then you could go in to their office, not just with a resume, but with a plan. Tell them how you believe you can make them money (or save them money) and then ask for the chance to do it. That would impress a business owner. They want to hire people they can trust, who will take ownership of their position, and help a company grow. I ve never had anyone contact me through my profile so I don t know how to do it. If you have any questions about my answer please feel free to ask. I m happy to help.

Look. someone has a stack of applications that they have to go through. You show up and if they choose you they can forget the others. Act enthusiastic. Don t worry about self-confidence--this is the way you will build yours. By taking care of business instead of acting like a little baby. Internet only is good for non-local applications.

In person, most definitely! If you show up in person you can have the chance to show that you are sure of yourself and your answers. Just practice in front of the mirror, it sounds stupid but it works. Plus, I think if you apply in person it shows that you care enough to actually get up and go there. If you apply online it just looks like you stumbled across a link and said oh look, maybe ill try this . Good luck! :]

Walk in with your resume. It is harder for them to ignore you if you are standing there in person. Plus they are getting a first look without committing themselves. If you are too shy to walk into a shop or restaurant then I am sorry for you.

in person..this way they can see how you carry yourself and how you answer any questions

Are Billboards for small law firms/small businesses worth spending the money? -

Billboards are expensive. Has anyone rented a billboard for a small law firm, or some other type of small business? Was it worth spending that much money on it?

Hi Luke,I will try to answer your question rather than try to sell you something. Above the line advertising does work and is really good for branding. If you get a good advert, an eye catching one in a good location where people see it, (think traffic jams) then it does get you noticed. Will it drive lots of business your way? Unlikely as people don t really jot phone numbers down from these or remember email addresses. Law firms are something you only need now and then so there would not be instant buys, but at least they know a name. Personally I would only recommend billboards for brand awareness in the type of industry that you are in.They are expensive alright but over a period of time they do get a brand message out there. If you are in it for the long term, then probably worth pursuing, but if it is just to boost short term sales, then I would think carefully. The only other way it might work was if you were to maybe advertise something like Get a free will made today, limited period only. Something like that might drive traffic to you and you could possibly upsell.Hope this helps

How can I generate more leads for my MLM business? -

What is the best methods for generating quality prospects to get involved with my network marketing business.

Showing your rack usually gets people s attention.

One of the best ways to learn how to generate leads is the Stop Buying Leads course by Gary Danko, which shows you exactly how to generate more leads than you can ever talk to without spending a dime in advertising. Gary Danko is a recognized leader in network marketing with over 25 years of success. Good luck with your business!

You are the product! People want to follow someone who makes them feel good about themselves. The product is secondary, but you have to make sure it s a great product, or your reputation will be hurt badly. There is a simple process that you can use, to get an endless number of people to follow you like panting dogs. - Success2gether.com

There is really no best method. Your upline should be teaching you how to get prospects. Don t try to get fancy. Everyone in your downline needs to be able to do the same things you are doing for you to have long term success.

Pay-per-click for instant traffic but cost money.Free videos but cost time.Remember to sell the mlm system if you wanna make money. Don t ever ******** sell your mlm, fastest way to fail.

Hi Thunder,The first thing to ask yourself is who is your target market ?That s seems like just a simple question, but if you re targeting the wrong market, you won t be getting quality leads efficiently. After you define your target market, you market directly to them using whatever marketing strategies you can utilize...free or paid. Just using offline word of mouth can take a long time.I ve been in traditional and non-traditional companies and what I ve found is that many traditional ones limit advertising. This also applies to many health and financial companies because of increased government regulations.Getting prospects (or leads) is a whole course on it s own. The link that I ve provided has a free course on how to get leads using offline and online strategies.

I m assuming your question is what are the best ways to generate quality leads in your business using the internet. There are numerous ways to drive traffic to your website. But the more important component is to make sure you do this through attraction marketing. If you want highly qualified prospects, then you will need to provide high value and leadership. Quality prospects will only be attracted to quality leaders.Once you get the concept of attraction marketing down, you can use article/ video marketing and social media for free traffic. And you can use pay per click or ezine solo ads for immediate massive traffic. The attraction marketing system that I have used successful is http://bettersponsoring.comNot only you will be able to put together a attraction marketing funnel to promote your business, you will also have all the step by step videos showing you how to drive traffic and convert them to leads and sales in your business.
