What does it take to own a bakery? -

Okay, so I ve been thinking about opening a bakery and I was wondering if I could live off of it. If anyone knows anyone who owns a bakery or owns one themselves, I have a few questions.1. How much would I profit a year if my bakery were average2. How much would I stress on hours, customers, etc.?3. And any other advice/tips/anything would be greatly appreciated
