i asked this before and i still am not sure. i am half asian. and we have a millon dollor samuria sword that gets passed down from generation to generaton. i am next to have it. it is thousands of years old and worth alot of money. should i pass it down or sell it?

Mate keep it, other people will be jealous that you have that if you sell it then people will think ur poor n need money just cos u got it and its worth money dosent mean you have to sell it... if u are poor and barley eatin i recomend either a job, or help out some family for money best answer pleasee.. sam

I have an employment agency with a lot of clients/employees that seek jobs. But unfortunately I don t have employers that are hiring. Is there an organization, group, community human services, where a lot of employers gather for meetings, or the like, that I go and meet with them? where can I find employers that are or want to hire Babysitters, Housekeepers, Nanny, Elderly Care whether live-in or live-out? what are the best possible ways of finding this kind of employers? How and where to go to find employers that are or want to hire Security guards/offices, Drivers, Receptionist etc. Please do say craigslist, sittercity or any of the online website market because they all want you to apply online and their information is either inaccurate or incomplete, Like (they only write down their fax number and say please fax resume and they don t even reply back) and i don t understand what resume we should fax when the person want to work as a Driver or a Security; for example? all the poor guy needs is a Guard card.Please point me to the right direction, im in Los Angeles, and let me mention money is not a problem for anything that you might comment that will be the best way to get employer or as they call it employer contracts. Well right now, it seems like no one is hiring much of anything. I would say look for job fairs in your area. Bring a lot of business cards and fliers with what you are looking for. If you own a temp agency, you need to be walking into places that may need your help and let them know who you are and what you offer. I ve seen a lot of temp agencies in my area close up because there are no jobs right now.I wish you all the luck in finding more work for your people.

I think the company is correct to ask for a resume however simple because you are letting a stranger into your house or company. Would you allow a theft to guard your stock worth $1000 s or your house you ve worked so hard to build? I think a character/police reference is essential and maybe you should get the employee to pay for this as part of the cost.As for getting these people jobs, there are jobs wanted sections on 1000 s of websites, newspapers, word of mouth.

You can put flyers in peoples mailboxes...you should knw that snowplow people charge around 50 dollars so you should charge 30-50...you dont need a permit...and walking dogs is great when people are on vaca but you want to give them a flyer before they ask someone else but not way before because they will end up forgetting! hope i helped!!!

have a research project and i have to map out american eagle outfitters and where they are headquartered and then produced and then made and then what happens next, they send the order to vietnam then they ship the clothes to america?? I don t know American Eagle/American Outfitters specfic plan but this is how it works in general;1. designs are made (usually in the US)2. patterns are made (usually in the US)3. samples are made (usually in the US)Step 2 3 are repeated until good enough 4. product is graded = this means they take the base size (usually a 4) and turn the pattern into all the other sizes that are needed (2-16?)5. determine who / where the product will be made (this can be lots of different countries = US, China, Vietnam, places in South America, Turkey, Hungrey, Morocco, Africa, Canada, Mexico, etc)6. Production company makes samples in all sizes 7. Items are ordered 8. Items are made9. Items are shipped to warehouse10. Items are shipped to stores.As I said, I don t know exactly how American Eagle works, there is no way for anyone outside the company to know. HotTopic gets the products in from the manufacturer in one door of their warehouse and out another door on a truck to the store within an hour.

Why do some sellers not leave feedback on ebay? -

I am new, I bought a few things from a power seller paid immediately, left him good feedback when I received the items. It s been over 2 weeks, so I mailed him and asked if he could kindly leave me some feedback. Im new so I realy rely on it... and nothing. Its been a few days. I realize he could be busy but when I was mailing him asking a question before I purchased, he got back to me immediately.

Happens to me occasionally, and its very annoying. I checked out one of my sellers profiles, and looked at quite a few of his buyers within the last month. He hadn;t left feedback for any of them. He lost a buyer, because I won t be back.its just a courtesy, and some people can t be bothered.

Many powersellers leave feedback occasionally in bulk. So they may only leave feedback once every couple of weeks. Or, you may have transacted with a seller that really does not care that much about feedback because they have already built theirs up and they won t even take the time to leave feedback for others. Try selling on ebay - then you can build your feedback up!

Some of the bigger (sometimes, newer) people @ E-Bay are either too busy, or simply do not leave feedback due to their large volume of business (or lack thereof). Your feedback to them will still be listed as your feedback left when someone checks yours in the future - so don t sweat it all that much. Good luck - (been on E-Bay since 2005)

I thought of a great name, but unfortunately discovered another shop in the same industry as mine is using it. The name is definately not a registered trademark in UK but the shop has been featured in magazines in America. The name is more relevant to my business model than theirs. What are the legal and business implications of using the same name?

as long as you aren t incorporating it or advertising multi nationally, you should be fine. the best way to figure it out is by going and trying to open a business in that name. they ll probably pull it up on a computer and say whether you can or cant use it i have no idea how to start a business in UK but here, they make you search a database to see if the name is used or not.. if it is you can t use it... if not, then you can.. BUT.. that search is for COUNTY only.. not state... and it only matters for sole proprietors .. NOT corporations... corporations have a seperate search... you should be fine. if you re going to have a small shop somewhere it shouldn t matter. if you are starting a magazine that will be read by americans then NO..
