You need to keep a ledger (or cash book as they are more often called) for both businesses - you cannot get the two mixed up as they are different. You could head the sections on the income side: date, name of client/customer or item sold, whether cash or cheque, then total. On the expenditure side you need to make your headings: date, description, cheque no, total and then analyse across with headings such as purchases, materials, travel, packaging, - whatever works for the businesses. Total each collumn at the end of every month and reconcile to the bank accounts. Thsi will make it easier for your accountant at the end of the year. You need to keep all paperwork for all income and expenditure - invoices and recipts, paypal statements and bank statements.

How to lay out a business ledger? -
Get 85 dollars real quick maybe like a few days, or a good way to get some money at all im 16? -
Ask a parent or relative to loan you the money and get a job to pay them back. Lots of times at your age there are lots of things going on-school, homework, sports, and other activities so a regular job doesn t make sense. If you are just looking to earn some quick cash ask the neighbors, family members, etc., if they need their lawn mowed ...$20 /week. Ask your neighbors/family if they need leaves raked or other yard clean up ... $20 per week. You could also pet sit, set their garbage and recycling out for them weekly, etc. In any given neighborhood there will always be a few older couples. To stay independent they need help with the little things. You would be doing a good deed and making money at the same time!If you just get 4 houses in easy walking or cycling distance of your house you can pick up a very easy $80 to $100 bucks a week for a very little work.No application, no scheduling issues, no taxes ... no problem!Good luck.
Get a job, c mon now.
