I own my own business in freelance web-dev. What do I need to know about running a small business? -

I recently started my own small business in freelance web-development and custom PC design. (I have one client) I know very little about owning a small business, such as what taxes to file, advertising...etc, I plan to take a course on how to market my own business. Specifically what else should I know about running this little venture?I want to know details on how I can max. my profits, keep good records for filing taxes. What to charge for services...etc Any documentation on running a small business in general would be very helpful. Any documentation on running a business similar to mine would be GREAT!
