why not..........u can always buy waste papers from a waste paper mart near ur home and u can put them in water for few hours (use little pesticide to disinfect) and when it becomes a pulp, u can make dolls with the pulp, or u can again make card boards or papers too.........without the need for heavy machinery. But u need to have serious marketing skills if u plan to do it for financial needs other than a hobby. Otherwise, all ur time and energy would be a waste. So, first do ur ground works, visit places, shops and other places where paper based goods are sold and take a look at the things there. Talk with the shop keepers about the rates and average wholesale price they get it for. If u can produce same quality goods for a lesser price, u can then convince the shopkeepers to buy from u. Easy said than done. U would start understanding the troubles only when u start doing the ground work. So why wait, go ahead and start.
