Any ideas on home-based working? -

I ve no experience at doing this sort of thing really. I want to do something that I find joy in doing and not just for the sake of an income. What different types of work or jobs etc are available for me?

You can really do just about anything from home. The difference is that you end up being your own boss in most instances. That is not a problem but it does mean you have to either be good at running a business, find someone else to work with that is good at running a business, or just figure it out. I for example started a business from home and have never worked in an office while doing it. It is a home improvement business. We do online marketing and door-to-door marketing and then, obviously do the work at the clients house. If you want to do a service business it can work the same way. If you want to have a retail business then you can do only online advertising. Really you just decide what product you want to sell and then find a way to market it (make it stand out from other similar products, either by providing a better product or extra services along with the product). If you have any questions about how to do the business just let me know. I have done it and so can help you out. Also, I wouldn t trust those earn 4K from home in 2 day plans. Unless you score big in the stock market or win the lotto, chances are you just have to turn around and scam other people or it doesn t only take 2 days to do it. There are legitimate ways to earn cash on the internet but you have to spend a lot of time in it (just like with any business). Let me know if you want to shoot any ideas off of me.

Things I look for in a business are free or low cost to join, free or low cost to run, some level of training and/or support, a website or information on how to create one, and a simple duplicatable business success system. The company and people should support and train you because when you make money they make money. I really like businesses that can be run part time, from home, and online.

Costumer cancel contract after 2 months? 10 points for best answer!!!!? -

My Mom and Dad own a small plumbing company ,they have a costumer that approved and signed work that needs to be done for a restaurant,he gave a deposit that way my dad can purchase material after everything was agreed (he changed his mind many times of what he wants) 2months later he decided he didn t want any work to be done and he wants his money back (the deposit to be returned) which is ok we told him we have to deduct about 5% because my dad already purchased material and he took time to travel to his location several times,The customer is now harassing over the phone and he wrote harassing letters we explain him we will take care of it ,but he wants the full amount back after he back up from a contract what can my mom and dad do?

Well hopefully you had something in the contract that included a penalty for backing out of the contract. If you did not, or if the contract specified that you would give a full refund on cancellation, then you are pretty much screwed. Either way, if you ask for the 5%, you are going to have a really angry customer. If you have it in writing, at least you will have the contractual authority to do it though. If you do not, you might just have to eat the cost and try to recover some of the price of the material.

I agree with Christian Brown. If there is a clause in the contract governing the cancellation or early termination of the contract, then you are okay. If not (put one in for future cases), them you may own the customer a full refund.

this is why your mom and dad should have the customer sign a contract with your mom and dad before anything is done. if you don t do it this way then things like this will happen, you might want to tell your parents to seek legal counsel to solve this problem. Anybody good with contracts?? I need some advice lol? -

So I am a manager of a singing group (Ron DeVu =look them up on youtube) and since we re about to make it big pretty soon, I feel like it would be best that we had a contract that states that I am the manager and it s gonna stay that way for a few years lol BUT because we are all under 18, my father told me that I can t sign a contract by myself and I would need a gaurdian soooo why can t I just get a contract and have my mother sign for me, then i ll sign and then have a parent from each memeber of the group sign and then the group members themself sign. Would that work???? Or would I just have to wait until I m 18?? Because I don t want anyone taking my spot as a manager although they all want me as their manager anyway..help! Thanxx! =)

Probably being under 18 maybe an agreement and not a contract would be in orderBut I doubt a parent would want to get involved in this as they would be responsible forany breech of a contract that they really have no direct control over. The way you resaying it would be unenforceable and most likely mute without legal standing to begin withWait till you re 18 and the group really takes off - then you will have legal standing on yourown - if you re the manager now and it takes off why would they want to get rid of you.Get a lawyer to write up any contract don t try to do it yourself it would have goodlegal standing at that point and legally correct.

I used to buy office supplies for one of my businesses and the seller would get bad bulk clear packing tape for pennies on the dollar. A hauling company would reject it for whatever reason. They sold it for 50% of what it was worth new and made a killing. They did similar things for boxes. I never had a problem with anything they sold to me and they always shipped fast.I know another guy who buys and sells tech polos and shirts. He has sold thousands. He buys them at yard sales for $2.50 or $5.00 and sells them for $10-$20 dollars.
