What shipping method should i use when sending movies/games within U.S? -

I just started working with ebay recently and have started selling items. A majority of the items that i sell are either video games, movies or other dvd s. My question is what is the best shipping method general used for these via usps. I will only be shipping within the U.S. For my item that i am selling i am shipping through usps priority mail, but i think that might be one of the most expensive. Any tips or advice?

Fortunately, your items qualify because Media mail is for books, CDs, DVDs, etc. Media Mail is slow, taking about 7 to 10 days. The Post Office has the right to open Media Mail to determine if it qualifies for the discounted rate.I almost always ship by USPS Priority Mail because my customers enjoy the quick delivery. I know when I buy something, I am excited for it to arrive soon. eBay gives you the option of letting your buyer select the method and subsequent price of shipping. Some don t mind the extra cost. Others are not in a hurry and prefer the lower shipping fee. I always give my buyers the option of insuring their packages, with a the statement... Insurance for this item is only $1.75 (or the applicable fee) and is recommended. I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged by the Post Office during delivery. If I the item is of greater value and can absorb insurance costs easily, I include insurance with shipping, stating it is free . There is one more delivery option. Items are automatically insured with United Parcel Service (UPS) and you can order and print online, just like USPS..

Handing out resumes today, any good tips? What do people look for when hiring? -

I am for sure going to a clothing store called Marks Work Wearhouse, it sells clothes for middle aged woman. I am 18 years old, should i dress nice? any tips when handing out resumes? Should i call ahead and make sure the manager is going to be there? What works for you or if you are a manager/boss somewhere what do you look for when hiring?

First thing I look for is a smile and someone that looks me in the eye! I would suggest wearing something mature and appropriate, like the type of clothes/outfits they sell. And it sometimes is a good idea to find out who the person in charge of hiring is going to be there. Often, you can get a job the same day you hand over your resume. If you do get an interview emphasize that you would treat this job with importance and always be on time!
