What are some good things to sell on eBay? -

I have already sold clothes on eBay, but am looking to make a bit more of a profit. I noticed that places like Marshall s have True Religion and 7 for All Mankind jeans for $99.00. Could I make a profit by selling them on eBay NWT? What are other good things to buy and sell for profit?

People are buying those popular brands, but they re paying with credit cards. Unless you are a full blown retail operation and can afford to buy in bulk to get wholesale prices, and pay the tab (3%) by using mastercard/or visa on your ebay sales, you should stay away from designer stuff that will go out of style in a matter of months. You want to keep your costs down, so why not consider secondhand merchandise. Not ratty tatty, but unique and rare items.

Not books, CDs or DVDsYes to collectables, though to be fair to you ebay is dying now. People are using ebid.nethttp://www.helium.com/items/1662609-ebay

If you re interested in fashion, I would go with purses. Dooney Bourke sell big on eBay.

Collector Items.

Does case hardened shafts heated for Straightening loses hardenablity? -

16MnCr5 shafts bends when case hardened to 760HV10 Any ways to avoid bends????

16MnCr5 is a case hardening steel. If case hardness is 60HRC , then also core hardness is appx 40 HRC and at this hardness , a little bent shaft can easily be streightened at room temp. with the help of hydrolic press. If its naccessory to heat it , up to 180 Degree celcius hardness may fall max 2 HRC

Are pawn shops considered lower-class? -

Hi i have driven up and down my small town main street many times and seen this little hidden pawn shop and wandered what could be in it. like Special weapons and generally cool stuff. stuff that isn t normally sold in my area. but i have been to embarrassed to visit my local pawn shop in case a friend or someone i know might see me there. so my question is, is it considered lower-class to be in a pawn shop? and is there anything of interest in there or just a bunch of old computers, a rifle, and some old Indian action figures?thanks

Mostly you will find other peoples old junk. But, there can be cool things, especially if you like old stuff. They are low class, and usually in neighborhoods you do not want to be in after dark.

Listen man, even thought pawn shop doesnt sell the newest or the most luxury product it doesnt mean its low class and get embarased to be in it. Business is a business. those people gotta eat. A good pawn shop earns $100,000 plus per annum. They sell all kind off thing, jewelery, electronics etc

How did you get businesses to buy your home cooking? Thanks? -

You advertise.

I am a 15% owner of a business. We do all our own work, no employees, just owners. Am I 10-99 or W-2? -

We are a brand new business. I own 15%, and 2 other people own the rest equally. We have no employees other than ourselves, as we do all the work that our company provides. Until now, the other owners have not made any income from the business, because they ve been putting all profits back into the company. With the addition of me into the company, I will be receiving income from the business, but I also own part of it. We have no benefits, no insurance, no vacation, ect... Should I be a 1099 employee, or should I fill out a W-2?

http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/artipartnership incomeu would use neither 1099 or w2 --until you get paid weekly; then the W2. ONE form isfor giving to the company who then files it. The other is for you to file with the IRS.suggestion; call 3 CPA firms and them handle what you are doing.I am not sure several partners for a small biz is in your best interest;usually, innovation gets clogged up with more than 1 partner

Several issues here. If the business is a corporation, then you re either owners or employees. If owners, then the money received by you are dividends. If employees, then W-2.If the business is a partnership, then you re in another tax realm.

I believe 1099 is the way to go, but I d double check that at your local IRS office.

Does anyone sell on Bonanzle? I heard its going to be the next ebay.? -

Does anyone sell on Bonanzle?I heard it has very low fees and it keeps your item on indefinitely. If you are a seller on here, tell me how your sales are going.

I have been selling on Bonanzle for almost a year now I love it!! The community is absolutely astounding!! Everyone is just friendly, helpful and so supportive, always willing to help you out anyway they can.As for sales, the sales are there, and getting better everyday. At this point you do have to promote yourself outside of Bonanzle as the site is still very new, but growing incredibly fast. Bonanzle is like no other selling venue out there!! Simply put ... AMAZING! The owner has a great sense of humor and it shows through out the site, if you contact support they will answer your questions in a timely manner, and the members get to vote on new upgrades to the site!! Oh and the Final Value Fee - so you only pay when you sell your items, is super low your items don t expire. Can you tell I love Bonanzle? :)

Yes this site has low fees and your items stay listed till you take them off or they sell.I ve sold on this site for over a year and am pleased with the results. I have not made tons of sales but compared to other sites I ve had a store at, Bonanzle beats all of them hands down. The owners are very dedicated to the site and it s members. They do one of the best jobs I ve seen at keeping porn stores and the fake knock off designer merchandise off the site to keep it safe and clean for the members and customers. And their support area is absolutely amazing. The longest I ve ever waited for a response from them when I have had to contact them, is about a day and usually less than a day.Coming from a site that is the exact opposite of Bonanzle I can honestly say in my opinion that Bonanzle is the best maintained and safest selling site that I ve sold at in the almost 6 years I ve been an internet seller. And with the innovations they are putting in the site this place may well over take the big auction site. It s already like second or third on PSU s auction count and for a web based selling site to get to that level in just a bit over a year is monumental

We have a store set up on Bonanzle and have been there for over a year. Our products do very well there and we appreciate the low fees and friendly, helpful community. Many of our customers from other sites have followed us over to our Bonanzle store. As a Seller, it might take a little time to get your booth established. But if you promote yourself and invite your customers to shop there, your business will grow.As a Buyer, you will find a vast variety of items and Sellers who are willing to accept offers from you. They also have frequent auctions in some of the Sellers booths, which can be exciting. With no listing fees you have nothing to loose by giving Bonanzle a try.Sylviahttp://www.bonanzle.com/booths/sylvanlaneproducts

We have been selling on Bonanzle for several months and have been successful in selling our products. Keeping in mind that we sell high end personalized gifts we are happy with the sales that we have considering the economic downturn that we are currently in. The cost of selling on Bonanzle is really what brought us there. We are able to offer our products and make our profit margins that our business requires. We are seeing the same results from our eCrater site as well.

I ve been buying and selling on Bonanzle for only about 4 months after 9 years on another site. Bonanzle is by far the safest and easiest site I ve ever seen for ecommerce. The support is second to none and there is always a member or members of the community willing to help anyone who is new or encounters a problem. Bonanzle has brought humanity back to online selling.

I have been selling on Bonanzle for a number of months.I find it very seller friendly. Low rate when your item sells and no insertion fee for as long as you keep it running. If you have a question or a problem you will get a quick respone.

Bonanzles OK but I have been selling better at a totally free site called ecrater. They have no listing or store fees or final value fees and your item stays up until sold.

Whats the best software for opening a bookkeeping business? -

I am in the process of starting a bookkeeping business and am having trouble deciding what I want to do about software. The companies that I ll be doing the bookkeeping for will be rather small, and won t have much need for anything more than a basic bookkeeping software with maybe the capability to do payroll. Some of these small businesses will have attempted to do the bookkeeping on their own but have for some reason decided to outsource. Since they may have tried to do the bookkeeping, they may have purchased software to use such as Quickbooks, Peachtree, Quicken, etc. There s no way for me to predict what software they will have and I m trying not to buy each version just so that I can transfer files. I would much rather use Quickbooks for all of my clients. Now, I don t need Quickbooks Accountant software because my clients will not also be using the software, only I will. If I buy one of the basic versions of Quickbooks like I mentioned before, can I just have it set up to where I ll have numerous company files. I d create a new company each time I take on a new client and input the bookkeeping information they may have from before manually. I know you can create more than one company file in Quickbooks, but I don t know if there s a limit on how many you can create. So can I actually have those numerous company files, plus my own for keeping the books of my business, in that one program? If so, does anyone know how many companies you can create a file for in Quickbooks (or Peachtree, Quicken, etc.) without having to purchase a license for multiple users. And if not, does anyone have suggestions on what I can do.I have a degree in Accounting and about 6 years of experience doing bookkeeping (4 years in Quickbooks) so I do know what I m doing but with each previous employer, they only had their one company file created and I never looked to see how many companies you could actually create. Thanks for taking the time to read my question; any and all suggestions will be very much appreciated.-Taylor

I am not a bookkeeper. However, I am familiar with free open source software. The Accounting and Bookkeeping Tutorials site by David W. Marshall has this in the review of osFinancials:http://www.dwmbeancounter.com/software.h Accountants and bookkeepers will also profit from this release, they are able to store and maintain unlimited client administrations, can easily exchange data with their clients or directly login into the clients dataset. You can see a list of companies using osFinancials here:http://www.osfinancials.org/mediawiki/inInstallation and User Guides (in Dutch and English) are available here:http://www.osfinancials.org/mediawiki/inThe discussion forum (in Dutch and English) is here:http://www.osfinancials.org/index.php?op

I need a data entry job!! HELP!? -

I m interested in a legit data entry job and I need help finding one. The problem is every site that I come accross is obviously a scam. I need a fulltime data entry job that isn t a scam. Help me out?PS- scammers, do you really want to do this to a poor little college kid?

no such thing as online data entry.how would the get the work to you? - it would cost a lot more to ship boxes of paperwork to you, than to hire people eto come into their business and do the work there and they would have to train you also. how would they do that if you are not there in person? and even then - their software probably does not work over the internet.Online data entry has NEVER existed as a legitimate job

Ofcourse.I can lead you to a good site in which I am doing data entry. The main advantage is that NO INVESTMENT EVER . You should register into that website. You will get the payment at 20th every month if it is Rs. 2000 or more. If the sum is less than Rs.2000 it will be added to next month. You can receive the payment by DD/Cheque/Visa/other methodsAnother advantage is when you register you get Rs.100 as bonus. Register it. The work is also so simple. Just filling forms.I shall give my referral id as source. click that link and register. good luck.

To the best of my knowledge, there are no legit online data entry jobs. You are only finding scams because that is all there is.
