How do i write a proposal for a professional cleaning company? -

I m helping a friend start up a professional cleaning company where they clean big buildings. I need to know how to write a proposal or even start one. can someone help me please.

Hi, Kati!I clean small offices, but may be able to give you a little help. First, find out exactly what the big buildings will expect to be done by their cleaning company. This includes regular cleaning and occasional items like carpet cleaning, buff and waxing of floors. Costs for all of these will need to be broken down and listed in your proposal.Make a list of why your friend s cleaning company is superior to other companies. This will be your intro and part of your conclusion. Be sure to include that your friend is licensed and bonded (or has liability insurance), worker s comp, etc.I hope this helps some. I have more tips and resources for your friend on my Squidoo lens-the link is in my Profile.

Creating a Cleaning Proposal can seem overwhelming if you have never seen one before. Structurally a proposal package is easy. The time involved to put together the perfect packet to represent your company can be a process that spans over the course of your years of operation as new qualifications, services, certifications and programs are added.A basic cleaning proposal would be composed of the following items:Cover PageInformation about your company, services, certifications, etc.Insurance CertificateOptionally you may include a list of referencesYour Service AgreementOutline of Cleaning Specifications for this ClientCleaning Bid Sheet (Pricing)Many large accounts or government cleaning accounts will require a copy of your documented Quality Control Plan. An only occasionally will a client ask for a copy of your Hazard Communication Plan but even though it s a good thing to have established. And the single most important item- a copy of your business card!To learn more about the cleaning business, visit http://www.startcleaningservice.com/ Best of luck!

Does anyone remember this Back to School clothing store commercial? -

I do not remember commercial store (I.e. Target, J. C. Penney, Gap etc.), but it was a Back To School ad from 2005 or 2006 that featured students getting in out of bed while in fashionable clothes. The lyrics to the back ground song were: Oh, I wish I was a monkey.Wandering through the jungle like the monkeys always do.Swing from vine to vine...From time to time...Just like the monkeys.Hanging around....hanging around. The commercial has been in my memory for years and I would LOVE to see it again.Thank you for your help in advance.

sorry, I haven t had a tv since 2003

People who are good shoppers... Or are good w/ guitars please? -

I have 150 from my birthday. This guitar I want is 139, I already have a guitar (a black blast) the guitar I want is a westfield SG replica. Should I get it? Or save up my money? I want a watch too, I am defiantly getting the watch though. So people what should I do? Thanks-spud

You should save up more and get a genuine, original guitar. Stratocasters and Telecasters are good, but they have to be original Fender made in USA or at least made in Mexico. Forget the replicas and made in China stuff. They are low quality and dont last, don t stay in tune, and the neck is not strong or straight.

The nitty gritty of starting a business in the fashion industry? -

i m 25 and my new years resolution is to set up my own fashion boutique. I am good at art and drawing and I love fashion. i do not have a fashion degree. my goal is to do volunteering work setting up a fashion show which I have already organised with a. volunteering company.first of all, I need to find a job to get the financial gain and then this is where I need to decide how much money I need and networking as well as having a reliable accountant. My dad is an accountant and my mum has her own launderette. the problem is my mum is supportive of my decision of opening up business, but she assumes I cant cope because there s so much pressure that s involved. it s not that she doesn t believe in me, she doesn t want me to struggle in business. that s one problem, how can I convince my mum to help me with my business? my dad is surely willing to help me too and he is staying positive about it. I know I need to research the market but how? how do you look into competitors? how do you see a gap in the market? how do you research your market than just researching online? a book tells me to write down how much income I will be getting each month? how do you estimate income as I need to find out the income I need each month and distinguish it with profit. the book tells me how to estimate how much income I ll be making in the first three months, how? how much money do you need anyway to set up a boutique? I know it goes down to hard work and pressure but with my passion for fashion, art and design, my mum (which I need convincing) owning her own launderette and my dad as an accountant, I know I can make it happen. how can you sample your product before its sold? how do you predict fashion trends? I will consider doing a fashion and art and design course but not later when I have everything planned.

im doing the same thing but im 1 with 2 friends trying to raise money. it shouldn t be that hard just raise money start in a garage or something and climb up the ladder like we hope 2 do!

To be honest you are asking far too many questions here and have probably put people of attempting to answerMaybe ask your parents all of this, because if they are already in business they will give you starting pointsYou don t say where you live,so that also prevents a constructive answerAnyone starting out in business has really to do their own homework by looking at where there are fashion boutiques already , and how are they successful, is it their designs, their individuality, their prices, their location, their customer service ?Then prepare a robust Business Plan with everything taken into accountSeriously only you can do this, not us
