You re okay ( probably ) if all you want is for them to take orders, BUT, if a customer asks a question you want the call center to be able to give a correct answer, all the possible questions must be written down, along with the correct canned answer you want given. Gets really sticky then, because the people at the call center must not only be able to understand the question, but must be able to relate to the canned list you gave them.....

This can actually hurt your business. Do not think for one minute that someone from the USA wants to buy products/services from someone outside the USA, especially these days.
