Do i need a cleaning lisence in Fl. My Husband as a staffing agency business would that help me with the taxs? -

and insurance or do i have to go it alone?

I clean small offices in Northern California so I m not sure about Florida, but all you usually need to do is call your local city or county clerk s office and ask if a license or permit is needed. Some places now have a permit requirement. If a license isn t required, I d wait until you need to open a business bank account. You really should have some liability insurance (or a small bond) to protect yourself from claims (usually false) of damage or theft. The price varies a lot, so call around to insurance agencies to get quotes on the smallest amount you can get. Increase it later. After you pick an agency, become friend with the,-they can be a great source of tips for new businesses or homeowners.I have more tips and resources on my Squido lens about starting a cleaning business. The link is in My Profile.Good Luck to you!!

Job that allows hair dye...? -

Ok im 17 and im sick of having jobs that are so strict about hair dye(not brown blonde highlights, like red or blue streaks), piercings, tattoos, not that i have any of those, but if you could tell me what company,(any fast food chains, restaurants or supermarkets that you know of) i should apply too that allows any of those... thank you

Probably anything were you don t have to interact with costumers. You have to understand that when a company hires someone, they don t want to give off a bad image. Wild hair dye, piercings, tattoos, etc. are usually considered very young and unprofessional, which is why it is so hard to get a job when you do these sort of things to your body. Sure it is your body, do what you want, I m not speaking for or against it, but remember whose signing the paycheck. When you give up a normal (I hate the word too) look, you also give up some opportunities.Hope it helps :)

Any company that has clerks dealing with the public will put restrictions on personal appearance. That is a given and inescapable. You should look for a job where they can hide you in the warehouse; somewhere that you don t have to deal with the public. They won t be so hot and bothered by your appearance, then. On the other hand, you could just let go of what you consider style and get on with life.

If it s fast food the rules about hair color seems to be at the discretion of the manager. I have seen all kinds of interesting hair colors in the area I live in. If it is clean and well groomed they should not have a problem with color.

mcdonalds should i think they higher anyone.

hot topic, defiantly

Hot Topic will allow hair dye. (:

Who do accountants interact with on a daily basis? What kind of work schedule does this profession require?Who is your boss? Who do you oversee?

I interact with coworkers with many departments, all levels of management, vendors who call about money due to themI work 8-5, 1 hr for lunch, very little overtime - usually only at end of yearMy boss is the CFO , I m the Controller and I have 4 people who work for me directly - 2 in payroll, an IT administrator and the AP supervisor who also has one person working for them - not all accountants are managers
