Can a child or teen run a buisness? -

I am 14 years old and have an idea that could possibly go nationwide or even global. I don t want to give this to family and need to know is there any way I can have the controlling intrest In my own company?

First, work on your spelling skills (buisness - business) Then, even though your idea may sound good to you, you should bounce it off someone a little more experienced that you can trust. If you have a Junior Achievement or S.C.O.R.E. office nearby, contact them and see how much they can help you.Beyond that, you may have to find an attorney to help you with the legal documents you might encounter, at least until you reach 18 years of age.

There is a minimum working age requirement in most jurisdictions of North America. Check with the labor department of your state or province.

i really don t know you might have to have a certain lisince that is only availible at a certain age but good luck

Yes, in China many teens and maybe some kids run a buisness. Good luck with your:)

I want to open a second hand clothing store in Mexico but I have hear there are new laws to discourage this.? -

The clothes would be clean, close to new and/or in very good condition. But I understand the Mexican government is negative about transporting the clothes into Mexico because tax is not paid for the purchase in Mexico. How can I get around this or what are the proceedures to make this work?

Just pay the import tax

Problem with ebay buyer? -

I am having a problem with a buyer. I sold a phone what was in perfect condidion. The buyer send me few E-mails while the auction time asking if I could do a buy it now trnasaction for him, which I didn t do.He won the auction and I shipped the phone right away to the addres provided. I also added an insurance , since the buyer didnt ask for it but I wanted to make sure the phone will arrive. The buyer got the phone and he claims that a botton doesnt work. I do NOT understand why that does not work cause the phone was in a great condition and I knwo for fact everything worked correctly. I dont know what to do now. I dont want that phone back if it does not work cause this is not what I send. I also said in my listing that I dont accept returns, just because I am in the middle of moving. Please help me. I am a costumer for 5 years with a 100% positive feedback. I am always honest and I dont want to lose my good fedback!

well, as i see it your only options are 1) do not accept the return, 2) accept the return and refund money, 3) have buyer contact post office to claim insurance money or 4) give partial refund
