A buyer made a fake Ebay account and bid on my product with intent of not paying. If he hasn t won the item, cancel his bid and place his ID on your blocked bidder list. Sellers may exclude buyers at any time prior to the end of a listing and are free to cancel unwelcome bids. On the same webpage click on the triangle to the left of *Some Examples* Carefully read the information and see: *Report* a buyer who bid with intent to disrupt a listing. *Report* is a hyperlink which will allow you to notify eBay of the rogue ID and all other IDs you suspect of being linked to it. eBay will suspend all of the IDs if they find an actual connection.

A buyer made a fake Ebay account and bid on my product with intent of not paying. If i give him unpaid item? -
strike can he leave negative feedback and if he does what can i do about it? i have a 100% positivie feedback which i m affraid to ruin but this was a $2,500 item he bid on which is $92 of final value credit i want back.
