Would you please recommend a hosted VoIP solution for my small business? -

I m ready for hosted VoIP at my office. I don t have money to waste and I m shopping for the best price and features for my dollar. I m looking for less than $40 per month per user for the deluxe/full features plan. I m looking at several companies. Ideally, there s no (or few) minimum user requirements and no requirement for using this same company s high-speed internet access, unless it s better priced than my business cable internet. It must be a hosted solution. Are there any issues or items or fine print ( wish I would have known before ) that we should consider before getting hosted VoIP? Any sites that rank national providers, features and pricing? Would you please recommend a hosted VoIP provider/solution for my small business? I could use the help in making the best decision.

You can visit this site it has lots of great information on free voip callshttp://voipsms.blogspot.com

u may be ready for it, but VOIP is not every going to be feasible cause of the law of physics.those who offer it say our clients do not mind the echo.

Check dslreports.com for VoIP service provider comments and comparisons.Make sure you know the bottom line price (there are often surcharges and fees that can tack on 10-20% to the advertised price).Make sure that YOU own your phone number(s) and that you can port them to another provider. If you chose a reputable provider (ask for references and to try the service before you sign) and use modern equipment, you should have no issue with echo, noise, etc.Make sure that the provider has a service level agreement that specifies what they ll do in the event of service disruption (e.g., automatically forward your calls to a landline for free, etc..

Small business owner? -

I am recently a licensed Esthetics s, I would like to open a spa or buy one that already in place im not sure how long it will take me to achieve my goals but in the meantime I would like advice on what you need to be a small business owner, what are the procedures, the most important thing s to be successful and Any ting else you can add!THANK YOU!

Great questions.Buying an existing business is a good idea because you already have existing clients. But always buy on the idea of what you can do to the business to make in grow - think of the future.Building one takes a lot longer but is less costly - unless you can make a deal with the owner to pay for the business over time. This is a time vs money argument. You can always make more money, you can t make more time...The first place to start is a business plan. Then a marketing plan. These two things will help you in what you want to achieve.I could keep writing, but check out the Source. It ll have a lot of what you need right there.Randy

You can get sba financing with decent credit.http://www.borregospringsbank.com/sba_express.asphttp://www.superiorfg.com/main/Default2.aspxAs long as you turn in all your paperwork it takes about 2-3 to get money directly deposited into your bank account. There is a fee but it is only paid if you get funded. No money no fee!

The small business adminastration offers a free or low cost micro enterprize program (1 night a week 3hrs for 10 weeks) ,when finished you qualify for a loan up to $25,000.also contact SCORE for a mentor to help you.Hope this helps? It will!!!

If i pre-order something, will the store hold it for me? -

the modern warfare 2 xbox is coming out 11.10.09 and i have to get it December. will a store hold it?

Probably not. Usually when you pre-order something, it just means the store will save a copy for you on the release date. You d have to ask the particular store what their policy is about pre-orders.But if it comes out in November and you re not going to be buying it until December ... why would you need to pre-order it? Just go out in December when you have the money and pick one up then!

Yes, you can pre-order. You can pre-order on Amazon and they ll just ship it to you when it s ready.

That s the point of pre-ordering. You buy it before it comes out, so when it does, you have a copy reserved. You re ordering it before everyone else!

As long as you pay for it in full they will reserve it for you.

How I can found a company to trust to work an surveys Internet make money? -

I like to make some extra money, but I m afraid with frauds .

The surveys are scams. Your opinions are not really worth much. You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies. You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job. These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as work at home because they would hear from too many unqualified people.

The simplest and safest way to find legitimate paid surveys is to join a paid survey membership site. A paid survey membership site will give you a long list of legitimate survey companies that you can trust and safely work with. They test and verify all of these companies in order that you can safely spend your time working with their surveys

First of all never be afraid in doing a business and if you have entered this line then there is no dissatisfaction you will win for sure given below are some sites which are famous in surveys try them and good luck http://dce0djtot3zfgl9lcdj016bt7r.hop.clickbank.net/http://302dckotn6u4gve2eixp-d499m.hop.clickbank.net/http://613afavvt8sfrmdd8gim0u6k1b.hop.clickbank.net/http://3ecdcgvit-zaqm6j9jw51ih5c5.hop.clickbank.net/

I am 24 and work full time but I found a site last year a friend recommended for making extra spending money online. It was free to sign up and has paid me every 2 weeks to my paypal.Pays in good dollar amounts, Not pennies.Even pays you when you sign up. I get to pick and choose when and what surveys and things I want to do, and it is super easy. It doesn t spam you like some other lame sites I tried before. I suggest it to anyone I can. I posted the link below. http://tryvindale.com/VfSRKYD63

Ebay and listing fees? -

Is it still possible to list something for free on ebay if you start it at 99p? What are the total fees like for selling something at say less than 5 (through ebay and paypal)? I m looking into selling a lot of books and need to know how much is going to come off with end fees and so on. I doubt any will reach 5 or more. Ta

Yes if you list something for 99p or less the listing is free but this doesn t include the cost of adding pictures (the 1st is free but the rest are 12p each) adding a buy it now price etc. It s free with the basic one picture, auction only style listing. At the end of the auction you will pay 10% final valuation fee on each item and a 2.5% cut from paypal, for these two together on a book costing 5 you d pay about 62p in charges. Do remember though that postage has to be free on books, so you will need to consider how much each book will cost to post before deciding to list an item at 99p. It may not be worth your while lisitng them at all if the books only go for 99p, by the time you ve paid the fees about 10p and paid postage anywhere up to about a 1.00 your out of pocket.

Books now have to have free postage on ebay so you are unlikely to make much money. Have you tried www.greenmetropolis.com?

What percentage of ownership should I have in my company? -

I have just recently began a business in California. The business is comprised of 4 individuals: myself, my fiancee, her sister and her brother-in-law. We are trying to come up with a fair percentage of ownership for all parties. The easiest means would be to split the business between the 4 of us, 25% each; however, I believe this would not be the most fair decision. Here is a breakdown of what each of us brings to the table:Myself: Minimal monetary investment. Full-time work commitment. 85% of actual work.Fiancee: Minimal monetary investment. Handles bookkeeping. Minimal work commitment. 10% of actual work.Sister/Brother-in-law: Full monetary investment (8k) and use of garage for office space/inventory space. Minimal work commitment. 5% of actual work. What would be a proper (fair) way to divide ownership percentage? Is there any calculators that can better assist us? I am thinking that 33.3% each would be the best way to divide ownership between Myself, Fiancee, and Sister/Brother-in-law.Any suggestions?

If you are going to start a small business, ownership is typically the result of some company stock purchase. Whoever puts in the money, gets the ownership. The people with the money are taking all lthe risk. 99% chance that this business doesn t last a year and the people p[utting up the cash lose it all. That said, if you are doing the work, you are bringing something to the table. I think you re dreaming if you think that the fiance should have 33%, when she is putting up no money and doing bookkeeping. Get real. Here s what I would do...Sister/Brother-in-law - 100% initially. (They are taking all of the risk, you are taking none)You/fiance - 0% (your time is not worth that much)You take 33% of profits initially. Notice, I said profits, not revenue. When your 33% of profits equals $4000, you buy half of the business from your Sister/Brother-in-law. In my mind, the fiance will be with you and you re ownership intererest is community property. If for some reason, it doesn t work out with the two of you, she will hit the road, and you can find an accounting firm. When you own 50% of the business, you can take 50% of profits. It would probably also be fair to get some sort of commision on top, but that s something to negotiate with the sister/brother-in-law. Have fun.

You need to project realistic cash flow so that you have an idea of what kind of profits are going to be coming in. Arrange the percentages so that the financier (your in-laws) have a realistic hope of recouping their investment within 5 years or less. You and your fiancee split the rest. You may want to put in some options to give you the opportunity to buy more equity later, after you ve saved up some money.

Think of it this way they have all the money invested so they re feeding the company while your working with it, technically without them there is no company, without you theres a company, except it does nothing. So 25% each (or 50% to them) seems fair to me.

give them 50% of the profit until they recieve 150% of their initial investment.

more than others

With the information you have given, I would say is your Sister and her husband own the business 100%. Do you bring any skill that only you can provide? Do you have a patent in your name that is part of the business? Did you have an arrangement when you started that you would have an equity position in the company? Does everyone draw a salary? How and when will the start-up money be repaid? Unless you agreed in the beginning that your work effort would somehow be compensated for by something other than a paycheck I think you need to do that now. Remember that unless you can get the money somewhere else you really have no bargaining leverage.

Help with eBay shipping calculator? -

I m trying to sell some educational textbooks. It includes the workbook, answer keys, and testbook. According to my digital scale, the weight of all of them is 8 1/2 lbs. Yes, they re thick books. It says for this category, I can charge up to $4 for shipping. However, when I run it by eBay s shipping calculator, it says UPS would charge $10. Although I really dunno how to use the calculator. I entered the weight and package type, and it doesn t give me a rate, until I hit Enter. With the Domestic Rates, do I just add my ZIP code?Help would be appreciated, this is frustrating!

When you send books.... send them US postal office via MEDIA mail... its MUCH cheaper. You can charge up to $4 because they are assuming you will ship media mail... and you need to. It wouldn t be wise to use UPS or another carrier.

What is a good site to sell anti-twilight shirts on? -

I made a really funny anti-twilight t-shirt, but the website I made isn t getting any traffic because it s a mediocre free one. :P What is a good site to sell custom t-shirts on?

try zazzle.com

I wouldn t try it. You might get sued by the producers of the movies or the author of the novels. Try making an anti-vampire t-shirt instead, something generic. Have you tried cafepress.com? You can tag it twilight, but I wouldn t use the word in your design. Good luck.

i wouldn t because Twilight is an amazing book and I saw New Moon last night and it was beyond amazing.

Are there any real work-at-home opportunities? -

And if so, what? I m currently working at a restaurant, but I m looking for a new job. I haven t had any luck finding one, though. So, I figure looking for some work-at-home opportunities wouldn t hurt either. I m going to be starting some online classes soon too, so working at home would make things easier. Some things that I m good at are typing, writing, and photography. Are there any work-at-home opportunities that would involve one of these?

If you are an accomplished typist - word processor and have recently visited your local city college or university librarian, you can apply as a certified graduate typist, earning between $1.50 to $2.00 per page for a master or doctoral thesis. The librarian will provide you with a sample of the typing template (i.e., margin settings, font selection, page set up, etc.) in order to complete these projects using Microsoft Word. An average weekend income is about $300-$400 for two days work.Good luck!

You need to send your resume out to real jobs you are qualified to do. In your cover letter you need to state that you wish to work remotely, from your home office. LOTS of companies, especially in CA operate this way. They usually provide transportation for you to come in for an interview and for you to attend company meetings a few times a year, but otherwise everything is done online.

do something usefull ... like watching TV
