Wholesalers to use for Ebay? -

I have been searching around a bit and all I can find is crap. You have to pay for all these sites to try and get information. Any good wholesalers out there?

Wholesalers aren t stupid, they do know ebay exists. So the ones who advertise on the internet are not genuine wholesalers, they are the middle man, so you will never find products on the internet from one source, that you can sell at another source such as feebay. If you do find items cheap, the fees on ebay will certainly make it hard to make any kind of profit, or else the wholesalers you find on the internet would already be on there selling the items individually if it were possible to make more money that way. If you want genuine wholesale, you have to go to the source, the source that doesn t advertise on the internet, the source that doesn t know about ebay. I fly to Thailand, costs $1,000 roundtrip. If you re serious about wholesale, then that s what you would do. Go somewhere like that, visit the markets, and make connections. Then when you leave you can work with them and they can send you things on a regular basis. and p.s. ebay is a waste of time. Search for any item on there and go to advanced search. Click on completed listings only to see which items have sold and which ones haven t sold. Its much harder to sell on there now because they made changes last year that kicked lots of powersellers out, which caused lots of their pages to be delisted from google. It s better to just make your own website and use adwords to advertise it.

How much should I charge for a 3.5 oz jar of homemade facial scrub? -

started making homemade facial scrub as an alternative to buying Christmas gifts this year and it turns out that the few samples I gave to friends were a hit. They are asking to purchase the jars so they can give away as gifts and stocking stuffers. What should I charge? I have a 6 month old daughter that eats Gerber Baby Food stage 2. I saved the jars, cleaned them up, removed the label, spray painted the lids red, green or gold, and tied a festive bow around them. I don t know what to charge. It doesn t cost me much to make a large batch... maybe 20-30 bucks. Thanks for your opinion.

What you need to look at is how much is the competition pricing their 3.5 oz of similar product for. Then go from there, what it costs you is really irrelevant to what your price should be so look at the marketplace for your price this will serve you well.

somewhere between $5 and $8 per jar since your batches cost $20-$30.if you can make 10 jars from a batch, your profit would be between $30 and $60 if the batch costs $20.

There are two factors to consider: your cost per jar and what facial scrub sells for in your area.

What do i need to do to start up a gardening business? -

i have looked on business loink but theres a bit too much to read. im only 17 and 18 in january and i was looking to start up a gardening business with a mate. iv got all the eqquipment i need to set it up and i was just wondering when im 18 what are all the things i need to do (in order) to be legally working with my mate as a gardener

As a current part time gardener (i m 20) i would highly recommend creating some custom call cards or even putting your name in the local newspaper. Another major benefit of people getting to know your business is word of mouth! Spread the word to people around your neighbourhood (even your relatives) that your a gardener and that you do all kinds of garden work such as weeding, cutting grass, strimming, planting etc. Also inform people that you use your own equipment and that you do all kinds of garden work. Word of mouth certainly worked for me. My ex girlfriend s aunty needed work done in her garden and she asked me right away. Hope this helps. Good luck

Can I use this as my business name if it already exists somewhere else? -

I am starting a business from home where I ll be catering, making cakes, and other pastries. I want to name my business peace of cake with the peace sign as my logo. I googled this business name and there are a few other bakeries with this name but in other states. I also did the trademark search to see if it was a trademarked name, and it says that it s trademarked by a clothing company in New York. So, could I still use this name for my business name?

The clothing company wouldn t necessarily be an issue but the following mark might be: http://tarr.uspto.gov/servlet/tarr?regseDetermining if marks infringe can be tricky and each situation varies from another. The general rules to keep in mind are:1) Are the names similar in Sound, Appearance or Meaning?2) Are the industries the same or similar to one another?3) Are the names confusingly similar to the average consumer? In other words, could customers be confused and assume that both companies are affiliated?4) Do the trade areas cross? What about the advertising routes -- are the products/services advertised in common places? Here s what the USPTO has to say about this matter: The principal factors considered by the examining attorney in determining whether there would be a likelihood of confusion are:the similarity of the marks; and the commercial relationship between the goods and/or services listed in the application. To find a conflict, the marks do not have to be identical, and the goods and/or services do not have to be the same. It may be enough that the marks are similar and the goods and/or services related. It s best to contact a private search company or a trademark attorney to assist you in determining if this will be a problem or not.Hope that helps! I wish you much success happiness in all your ventures!

It sounds like you answered your own question with your question. You want to start a company with a name that is already trademarked and is being used by several other baking companies.Maybe you should pick a different name or you are just setting yourself up for major problems down the road. Each one of the companies does have the right to take you to court. The baking companies because they are already established and in the same industry as you. The clothing company also because they have the name trademarked.

As long as you keep your business as a DBA. If you ever try to incorporate your business they will do a name search and require your INC to have a different name. However you could do POC Inc Doing Bus. As Peace of Cake

yes because the other name is of a clothing company n your business is entirely different. this is as per indian law

You risk getting into trouble so avoid it.http://peaceofcake.comMaybe adding a to make a peace of cake http://apeaceofcake.com
