I have a consultation business that I run out of a dedicated room in my home. How much rent can I charge? -

It is located in Michigan.

Are you a sole proprietorship or a 1 person LLC? If so, don t charge yourself rent - just take the deduction for a home office expense. If you are a corporation and you want to record the expense in your corporate accounts, find out what some nearby offices are leasing out for and divide that by the square footage. Use the price/sq. foot calculation to determine what the fair market value is for the part of the home you use.

If it a rented you need to see how much you pay per square foot. then measure the room in the home multiply that. If its not rented check you area what is the price for a square foot. measure the room and again multiply and that the rent for the room

How can i make money at 13 ?!? -

im in big need for some cash but i have no idea how to start making it. please help !

Personally I can t see why a 13 year old would need money. However, you can do for neighbors all of the same things you do for your family.Baby sitClean up after the dogWalk the dograke the yardput up season decorationsput away seasonal decorationsaddress envelopes for Christmas cardsBasically, you can be paid outside your family for some of the skills you have. Your best bet is to do things that most adults simply do not have time for.

Go around your local neighborhood stores and offer to print advertisement flyers for them and hand them out. Put your name on the flyers and for every flyer with your name have the store pay you commission. It takes creativity but you can make up to .50 cents per flyer with your name being used. If 100 are used everyday, you make $50 dollars, works best with small unknown desperate stores.

You could mow your neighbors lawn, Do extra chores around the house, Start a program to walk dogs, Having a baking sale, Sign up for a paper run, Get a job, etc.
