I need to know where to go to/who to talk to to find out if I need a business license for an online business of products I make and if so how I need to speak to them about how to acquire one. I realize whoever this is has to be in my town but who in my town do I talk to? haha.

Talk to the Small Business Administration in your area. They will help you file all the appropriate paperwork with the proper authorities.

I need a non collateral business loan? -

I m looking for a non collateral business loan. I was just scammed not too long ago. Is there any trustworthy and honest companies that I can borrow from? I need about $2,000. Please no scammers and I I can definately tell now who s legit and who s not. Also is there any well known banks that give non collateral loans?

Nice Job J.R.You attracted every loan scammer out there. How long does it take for you to realize that there is no such thing as a non-collateral business loan .Banks want collateral and online loan offers are scam artists. They are also called Advanced Fee Loan Scams.... Run a google search on the term and you will get even more education on this subject.Anyway... sorry.... there are no online loans available.

When selling on ebay how much money do they take from your sale? what is the max amount? -

i have just started using ebay for buying and selling and i reading about how they take a small amount of what you earn on each sale...it said something about 10 cents to 4 dollars....is 4 dollar the maximum amount they can take from each sale?

Much simpler to just read this:Fees for selling on eBayhttp://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/fees.htmGood luck!

Hi there, And good luck with your ebay.. Actually Ebay, is not what people tell you or what you hear about.. so you have to be so careful with your money and account as well.. and for the small letters and which is soo small, and in between words.. Ebay deduct .. $0.15 - $5.00 just to put your item for sale (Whether it sell or not). then when your item sell it depend on what is your items for (Auction or fixed price buy it now).. Auction items .. ebay deduct (Depend on the items the cheapest fees is the books ) So Auction items ebay deduct anywhere from 8% - up to 12% .......... So actually if your sale is $ 100.00 eby take average fees 8.15- up to $17.00 .. Plus there is paypal fees (Which ebay insist on accepting paypal to be verified and for them to have more percentage fees ..).. Paypal fees is 2.9% of the total amount you recieve .. (If from other countries than USA) the fees will be 3.9% + 1% .. so the total paypal fees (Which you will recieve your money through .. will be between 2.9% - up to 5% .. so the total ebay (and their other company PAYPAL) actually will get from you is between 9.5%-UP TO 17% .. AND WE DID NOT INCLUDE ITEMS INSERTION FEES ON FEEBAY .. So on average each $10.00 sale on ebay .. you will end paying $ 1.35 - up to $3.76 in some case .. so what you will actually get in your pocket will be $ 7.00 average .. not $10.00 ....... And so you have to get your item much cheaper than that to make profit ,, Because other expenses include the price you paid for your item, your effort to make your item looks nice .. etc... Plus 30% of buyers now on ebay don t pay .. and ebay still charge you .. unless you go on large process which will only give you credit for your fees ??????. which mean you might ending up paying $30.00 fees without actually selling ?????? because buyers didn t pay.. and you will only get credit for the fees so you can put more items ....... For me some of my items are $500.00 and up, and i usually pay between $ 88.75 and $ 135.00 fees average for both ebay and paypal.. I Don t do much business now on ebay.. except for the closeouts or unselling items i have.. as you will find out after while that you are ending up losing money for FEEBAY... so be careful, and the best to make profit on ebay or to be safe to sell items with more than 100% profit margin at least .. Good luck and have a great day ........ and be careful as well Ebay makes $70,000,000.00 aday only from insertion fees (This without any items selling).. and the average for the items selling now on ebay is 1-3 item from each 10 items.. and 30 % of those sellings the buyers will not pay or will be scam....... Good luck and have a great day ..

Where can I sell quilts on consignment on line? -

I am a quilter with a large variety of quilts that i would like to sell

http://www.quiltropolis.com/ This website is a portal for all things related to quilting. They offer the ability to set up your own shop. I have a friend who sells fabrics online this way. You could browse the shops there to see if any do consignments. They have classifieds, too.

Etsy is a great website that you can sell your handmade goods on.Craftmall.com is another popular website that deals in selling handmade crafts such as yours. I used to sell my handmade jewelry there on occasion for extra cash. http://www.craftmall.com/index.htmlAnd of course there is http://www.strictlyhandmade.com/homeI cannot speak for stricklyhandmade.com but the other 2 are great sites that I think you would have success with. Keep in mind most websites like this do not charge an upfront fee to sell your goods but instead they charge you a small percentage of the what the item sold for. Give them a try I think you might like them. Good luck!

What is the best web host to use for an online b2c website? -

In your personal opinion, of course.

What I m about to tel you is not an Opinion. It is All FACTS!Well , there is hostgator , google host yahoo and godaddy. But the most recommended and best web host so far is www.NetworkJuiceHosting.com ; Network Juice. They now offer plans starting around $0.99/mo for a great amount of diskspace plus everything else unlimited. Plus they ve manage to keep up 99% Uptime. They have all features such as PHP5, java ,Cpanel , Fantastico ( allows you to auto install Blogging systems and CMS portals without wasting time) , Cron Job , Apache ,Unlimited Dadabase , ftp accounts and much more. Basically EVERYTHING! is supported. There are other affordable plans as well in NetworkJuiceHosting.com.Hostgator.com is also a great host , but there Uptime time is not so good. Also , customer service is very poor , Not to many features are supported.Google.com not so sure , But i know there s lots of files they do not support , no Cpanel , and i don t know how come , but they have been receiving downtimes lately in their host servers.yahoo , let me just say it s the worst web host ever ,you can t even host the amount of domains you want to host . Including FatCow.com. The downtime is way to much , and many files are un-compatible in fatcow for some reason. To buy a domain , the most recommended site is godaddy , but not for it s hosting!! I Tell you !!!.For a Great Affordable web host with maximum features , the most recommended web host is www.NetworkJuiceHosting.com . ; Network Juice Hosting. You are getting your answers from an expert , and yes I have tried all these web host. That s all I got to say mate ;)

All of the webhosts I see listed here are very exspensive and kind of suck! I ve been using bluehost for many years and have never had a problem with them. They are completely unlimited, so whether you are doing 1 website or 100 websites, you pay the same $8/mo.!There are also many other webhosts I have used in the past and also some that I may use in the future. But so far bluehost is the best I have used so far. There is a new webhost called justhost that looks to offer the same as bluehost but for only $3.45/mo! So may be worth checking them out.

I tried several in Europe and USA, but Vodien ( http://bit.ly/vodienwebhosting ) in Singapore is the best of all. They are not very expensive, support is great, 99.9% uptime guarantee (and that is true). I can only tell, I did not believe there is so great company in this business. Try it, they have 30-day money back guarantee.

I always go with winninghosting.com as they have a very knowledgeable support staff that always ensures that my sites are up and running. Plus, their prices are very good! Definitely check out their site to see it. I ve used them for years and they ve always been reliable and friendly.

I ve been using http://hostrace.net for about a month now (before the website launched), they allow you to take out a free account for a month to test things out if you ask at support.
