WHO WOULD BUY THESE?? -

Just looking for a bit of advice. My friend is planning to set up a portacabin business but he is looking for some advice on who his target market would be. For the portacabin side of things i have advised building contractors but he mainly wants to know who typically buys large modular buildings and temp to perm portable offices. Any advice you could give me would be great.ThanksMarie

Try gaming companies, if you put gaming chairs in them computers ETC then they will either buy/rent them of you fior quite a bit of money, its mainly down to taking there games around the country so thats why they would be interested.

I don t know about large modular buildings since people are working from home or laptop, PDA, from home or anywhere. BUT what about small buildings? Like hunter cabins? I know that it is different, but maybe hunters would pay for him to build something on their property. Not like a house, but something they could use on weekends. When you said portacabin, I though cabin. anyhow good luck. Tell him not to limit himself.

The majority of businesses requiring portacabins only require them short term and hire or lease them.

Vending Machines in school Yes or No and why or why NOT? -

For a debate

There are pros and cons to both sides of this issue. (Obviously, or it wouldn t be able to be debated)I think having food or drinks in a vending machine could be distracting for students in a middle school or high school. When I was in high school, we had machines for drinks, but not for food. I think this worked out well, as drinks in class are generally less distracting than food would be. There are some teachers that would prefer not to have any food or drink in their classroom, so having this available for purchase all day would be more of an issue for them.I like the idea of having vending machines for drinks, although if there are machines selling pop brought in, there should also be bottles of water and juice being sold so there are healthier alternatives. (Although not all juice is inherently healthy either, but that s another issue)At my school, we had a store that was run by a teacher and two students at a time that sold snack foods. It was only open during lunch time though, so there was a limited window of time each day that the candy, chips, gum, and other snacks were sold. While some students visited this everyday and bought their entire lunch here, most students would stop by for a sucker or a candy bar as a treat once in a while. I think this was a good idea for our school, as it allowed for some foods to be provided if students wanted them, but the items could only be purchased during lunch time. (Yes, we would have it in our bags for the afternoon or could save it for a later class, but it was not as distracting as having to wait in line during the break between classes to get something from a machine.

Where do I look online to get legit online at home work? -

I am tired of being scammed by sites that claim they are legitimate work at home companies. Is there such a thing. I do not want to have to spend money to work at home. I am in need of work now. Not get rich quick scams. I do have a full time job but need a second job. The only way to get a second job is for me to work from home. Please help. Anyone. No scam artists, Please.

http://safesurveysites.com Its what I do and it s worked out pretty well. What you have to do is complete surveys and offers for companies that want the public s opinion. No payment from you is ever required, not to sign up, not EVER.The sites don t get paid directly from you, but when you complete an offer or survey, they also get paid a small portion of what you earned yourself. For example, if you complete a survey about computers let s say, you would earn maybe $2 and the web site itself would recieve $0.50 from the company also for getting you to complete the survey. These surveys take little time at all, most taking up less than even 1 or 2 minutes of your time. They dont need any information other than your name, email address and your home address. Yup, that is all. No credit card information, no banking information, nothing like that. All they require is your name and address so that your cheque can be sent to your home every month.Personally I have been a member of these websites, along with thousands of other satisfied users, for approximately 1.5 years now and have earned well over $8600 by working in my spare time. This web site has been great to me, also the members and administrator are very friendly, and are always there to help you with a question or problem you may be having. I give you my word that they pay.

Truth is, there are legitimate online business as well as the fake. However, fake online job are not too hard to detect if you know how. There are three ways you can identify i legitimate business online.1. Search any of the search engines your chosen online business site or company and you will find out more information about the business. Most often business with little information can easily pass out to be a scam.2. Visit any of the popular online discussion forums and within minutes you can have solution. This forums are places where veteran online business people associates.3. Check up the company with the BBB - Better Business Bureau. The BBB is a body that kind of know its onion.

I know, it s soo annoying getting scammed especially when you put the time in to do the work. I would say that all of the sites are a scam. Any legit one s don t pay well and you can only spend the money in certain places. I would say to start your own website which gets alot of hits and get advertises to put their pictures on it. Then you can get alot of money but it will take time.

There really aren t any.99.999999% of all work at home jobs are scams and the few legit ones either have very long waiting lists or require years of experience.

Just a business question? -

What would be the benifits of setting up a dog business in a small town with little competition? For example, demand, unique selling points, trends, etc

The main benefit would be to the town. They don t have to drive miles to get a service that they need locally. You could set up a doggy hotel for when people are on vacation. You could also offer in-home dog sitting. You wouldn t even have to worry about being unique. You just need to offer top-quality service.

Is a business phone plan required for a business if it is not used commercially? -

I am starting up a dry cleaners and I need a phone line for emergencies and the difference between a normal phone line and a small business plan is around 30 dollars a month...Am i required to sign up for the business plan??

No, I m pretty sure you don t have to. The phone company just markets a small-business phone package that would have extra features like voice-mail and multiple lines, hence the higher price.
