So a lot of office buildings leave their lights/computers on overnight/weekends, and there are a lot of possible reasons that people can easily come up with. But for any of you who are actually in charge of these kinds of things at work, or know the actual reasons why... Why?ps. If there s someone out there who works in an office building who wouldn t mind answering some questions regarding this through email or the like, please let me know. I agree though, some buildings seem to have every light on, just for the heck of it.In Australia, buildings are required to turn off lights that are not security risks or have no other purpose, during night hours.I suppose tall buildings leave their upper floors lit because small planes and helicopters might fly into them, not seeing the building. Some buildings use the upper floors as apartments, Penthouse Suites. Many buildings are being converted into apartments whereas previously, they were offices, and tenants are the culprits.

Please try to improve your language and spelling first. In one place you write merchent in another place you write murchen the correct spelling is Merchant ; you write form for from and you write clus for clues ; you write except: for accept ; you write teh for the ; you use meathod for method you write accout for account ; you write ad for as ; you write pleas for please .Anyway, there is less chance any banker will entertain you unless your sales target runs in thousands of Dollars. Go to any bank who are authorized dealers for issuing Visa or Master Cards, they will guide you with the procedure to open a Merchant Account.

put it in a small cardboard box, complete with bubble wrap. address it and send it. my advice pretty much is anything you can t fit into any envelope, put it in a box.

just use a bigger box. the post office has a flat rate boxes that is like $4 it will be big, but you can just use newspaper or something to fill in the gaps.

you have to get your priorities straight. you re asking for a business plan but you need to know what you re going to do before you have a business plan. a business plan -per say- is something that will take a few weeks or months to complete and typically isn t possible to write until you re somewhat up and running. at least a TRUE business plan.. there are smaller business plans that you write prior to that explaining how you re going to get to THAT point though. usually 1-3 pages..the best thing to do is to figure out what you re good at or what you can provide to people then check your competition in those areas and start a business doing that.. i ll warn you though. not everyone is cut out for being self employed. if you were someone who is, you d have been doing it already. for example i started my first business at 16 years old. don t let that discourage you though. the important thing is that you really study about what it takes to be in business for yourself and learn all of the things you have to know.... study study study
